Since this was our first time using them, they meet us and our dogs days before to ensure we were comfortable in selecting them. Exceptional communication from the moment I reached out, until after the end of our dogs’ stay in their home. Pics and videos sent throughout each day. They offered the use of their kennel for our puppy so I didn’t have to load up and bring our own. They had toys for our dogs to play with on top of the personal ones we brought. My mind was at ease during our entire vacation, and I have to admit they seemed reluctant to leave when I came to pick them up and take them home!!! Will be using Brett and Stephanie from this point forward! And I know my dogs will look forward to visiting them again soon.”
