I am a retiree that has a fairly open schedule and able to spend the night at your home. I may need to leave for an hour two at times for health appts. and going to our home to let our own dog out for a bit. About: I've been lucky enough to share most of my life with dogs, as well as a cat that worshiped me for about 15 years. I'm able to quickly form connections with animals of all kinds, and have rarely encountered a dog or cat that didn't like me, including several deemed "difficult" by others. I also have experience working in a veterinary clinic that offered boarding services. My time spent with my pets is the most rewarding part of my life, and neighbors often comment on how lucky my dogs are to have me. I'm currently looking for work and have put in applications at pet boarding and daycare facilities. In my last job, I provided support for adults with developmental disabilities, but the work was a little bit too emotionally intense for me, despite it being highly rewarding. My dogs are always on my mind, and I walk them at least three times a day. My schedule is currently completely open, and I'd love to use my time caring for your pets! I walk my dogs, including my brother's dog Rosie,at least three times a day and they receive plenty of engagement with other dogs in the neighborhood. Lila can be difficult with some smaller dogs, so boarding wouldn't really be possible at this time.
About: I've taken care of dogs since I was a child growing up in a household full of animals. I'm used to all dog sizes, breeds, and ages, having had a pitbull, chow chow, and elderly dogs myself. I'm currently working remotely, so I can adapt my schedule to your pets needs. Early in the morning, around lunch hours, and after 6pm is best for drop-ins, and my remote work allows me to stay over on nights / house sit if needed.
