About: Hello everyone! I have been around animals my entire life, and they fill my heart with joy. My services include; dog walking/sitting, cat sitting, farm calls, and exotic pet sitting as well. With my wide-ranging experience in animal care, your best friend will feel right at home with me. I feel comfortable around all animals, big or small, whether they have fur, slime, shells, feathers or scales! Pet care has been a part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. Growing up, my family has always owned animals. Whether that be dogs, cats, livestock, snakes, birds, rats, the list goes on. I was raised to love them and treat them with respect. Now that I am adult, I have taken all I’ve learned and turned it not only into a hobby I’m passionate about, but a career that I can also be passionate about; something that brings me true joy and happiness. I have three degrees related to the study and care of animals. I have also worked various jobs in the animal care field. My love for every animal I encounter only grows stronger. Please reach out to me if you have any questions. I look forward to meeting you and your companion. Pet care has been a part of my daily life for as long as I can remember. My personal animals I have at home are treated like family. They never go without love, care, and attention. I will treat my client's pets the same way. They are let outside to run and play several times a day, ensuring that they are not bored, that they stay active and healthy, and they have plenty of enrichment.

About: Along with dog sitting and walking, I have been a dog walker at the Blount County Animal Shelter for about 2.5 years now. This (other than my previous bookings) is all volunteer work, and I love taking care of the dogs there that have no home and I would love to take care of yours too! I also own a dog of my own, a French Bulldog named mochi, who is very playful and would love to play with your pups! I’m relatively free at any point an time, minus 1 hour in the morning, and one in the evening to walk someone’s dog, so your fur baby will be getting plenty of attention from me! :) I have a pet French Bulldog named Mochi who would love to play with your pets! She is high energy but can entertain herself if your dogs are not. We have a fenced in area so your furry friends can run around and play! Otherwise, I can walk your furry friends at a park or around my yard. :)

“I highly recommend Abby after just one week. She communicated well, she went above and beyond willingly, she is dependable and timely, but mostly Abby truly has a heart for dogs and was loving with my two large dogs. We trust and are confident to have Abby sit for future needs.”

“Had a drop in visit rhis time and it went great. Rachel is the best. We love and trust her and can enjoy our time away without worry. She is great with our dogs and a great communicator.”

About: I’ve taken care of my household pets since I was 13. We had 2 cats for +8 years and adopted our furry brother, Ace, who belonged to my stepdad for about +5 years. He’s a smart and protective Dingo mix who I miss dearly. My parents moved out of state and took the pets with them, which led to meeting Maggi, a beagle-blue heeler mix who belongs to my boyfriends family. Together, we got our Siberian Husky, Leia at 8 weeks. Leia is my pride and joy! I learned how to house train, groom, and set an effective routine for our girl. I am currently a full-time student, but I make sure to find time in my schedule to enjoy life’s moments. My schedule is fairly open this summer. I ensure to follow any instruction left by the owner to provide the best experience possible for the household pets and owner. I practice safety by monitoring pets and learning their queues, while being in areas I’m familiar with.

About: I have extensive experience caring for a variety of animals, including horses, cats, dogs, goats, chickens, reptiles, and birds. Currently, I own two cats and a bearded dragon. Throughout my life, I have worked in veterinary clinics and on horse farms, gaining valuable hands-on experience. Additionally, I have interned and volunteered at Zoo Knoxville. My passion for both animals and people motivates me in my work. I work three 12-hour shifts, so I'm available four days a week. I can make exceptions for seven days if the owner is okay with their fur child being alone for 12 hours. I can administer medications, feed, water, play with, and clean the litter box for cats. I love cats and assure each client that I will take great care of their furry child.

“Working with Rachel has been a delight. She cared for our dog Ace (a 9-year-old Carolina dog weighing 50 lbs) for two months straight while we were out of town, and we could not have asked for a better sitter. Ace and her dog Leia (a beautiful husky) became inseparable friends under her watch. Rachel took Ace on daily walks and kept him engaged throughout the day. She was quick to respond and kept us updated as arranged. Additionally, something that I pay attention to and appreciate, Rachel keeps a clean, non-smoking house. She is attentive, reassuring, and someone you can count on. We would not hesitate to entrust Ace to her care again in the future.”
