About: Growing up, I’ve always been surrounded with pets and been given the opportunity to care for dogs numerous times. I am very patient with animals and genuinely find joy spending my time with them. After recently graduating from college and moving into a studio apartment, it has been an adjustment not being surrounded by pets. Through Rover, I’m excited to not only help others, but also to find fulfillment spending time with pets. Although I work a 9-5, I am willing to make plenty of time before or after work to accommodate your needs. I am a morning person, so I would be more than happy to take your dog on an early morning walk or be there to let them out. I also will be able to take care of them in the afternoon. My weekends are free to help at any time. You can trust me with your pet because I treat animals with the same amount of respect that I’d treat any person. It is my priority to ensure their safety while also having fun. I would love to take them on walks at the park and am open to having them at my apartment if needed.

About: Pets are my world. I volunteered at an animal rescue for 8 years before I moved out of town. I had a 14-year-old rescue who was blind and diabetic. I gave him two injections a day and cooked his food every week. Let your pup be my new bestie. I currently do not have a set schedule so my schedule is pretty flexible to keep your babies company when needed even in short notice! I let them smell me each time and come to me when they are comfortable. I have no doubt they will warm up to me fast!

About: I have years of experience taking care of both dogs and cats, and with housesitting as well. I am able to help support animals who have health concerns, special needs, and anxiety. I can administer medication and give shots as well. I have a senior kitty and an adult age cat myself, so plenty of experience with senior care. About: I’ve taken care of, for one, my own dog since I was young and besides from that my neighbors, friends, and family always rely on me when they’re out of town to take care of their pets:) I’ve taken care of puppies and senior dogs! I’m currently enrolled at the University Of Louisville, and have some in person and also online classes so when I’m available could differ but I’m pretty flexible and I could bring my laptop anywhere! I love pets like they’re my own, I have a deep spot in my heart for them all🥹 I can crate any size dog if need be (I know some worry about that). I'm a middle school teacher in the Louisville area, so weekends are the best for house sitting and longer watching periods! About: I absolutely love animals and have my whole life. I just know my last words are going to be "pst pst...come here buddy" as I walk up to a big cat or something. I have had pets ever since I was little and have always considered them apart of my family. I have experience with the care of cats & dogs and I would be delighted to care for your fur baby! Currently this is my full time gig, so I am available for walks and check ins all through the day. I can also do overnight stays with your fur baby (in your home only). I am available to take walk doggos during the day/evening and even do some check ins to make sure they have all they need. Overnights will be in your home so your fur baby is in a familiar environment that they are comfy in.

About: Experience with dogs of all ages, sizes and temperaments. Have owned as many as 5 at one time, as well as fostering dogs, cats and kittens, including a special needs beagle with degenerative myelopathy (he had a cool wheelchair :) . I love them all and will care for them like they are my own. I will scratch and play and provide belly rubs on command. If I sit for your dog in my home, my cat, Frankie, will just roll her eyes and move on :) I am happy to work with the schedule you prefer for your furry kids, even if it's not the same as mine. About: Hello! I'm Renee and I have been an "animal person" since I was a child. Starting with the family pets that were usually strays that came to stay, until today, where I have a total of 5 rescue dogs with diverse sizes and personalities. More about them later! I worked at Pampered Pet Clinic in Hillsboro Oregon several years ago and assisted the vet with procedures, surgeries, vaccinations and medications. Does your pet need timed medications? I would be happy to help you with it. I have been involved with rescuing, transporting and fostering dogs through several rescues, including "Key to Happiness" rescue which rescued and healed many homeless and injured dogs and found them new forever homes. My approach to pet sitting is to make the animal as comfortable and happy as possible, depending on what that particular pet needs the most. Some need petting and cuddles and some need playing and activity or both. It is stressful when their family is away and I make sure to become their friend. I am not there to correct behaviors but to give them the love and security that they're missing with out their family. I also have had folks come in and look after my beloved pets when going out of town and I know that it feels a little odd with someone coming into your home. For that reason I treat your home with the utmost respect. I don't go into any rooms with doors closed and do not help myself to anything that you have not specified. I check and double check all door locks and gates and am familiar with alarm codes. Your keys stay on my keychain at all times until they returned to you. I'm a mature and stable homeowner in the area with stellar local references. I will be happy to meet and greet you in your home to make sure we are a good compatible fit and can't wait to meet your fur babies! I mostly work from my home doing my online selling and crafts so have full time availability for pet and house sitting in your home. Visits, walking and even overnights are available. If I am staying in your home while you are away I will periodically leave to manage my home and pets but never more than 4 hours. Because of the number of dogs in my home with varied temperaments and sizes I prefer to pet sit in your home, rather than mine. It keeps my pups more balanced and all pets are happier in their own environment.

About: I've been petsitting ever since I was younger and grew up around dogs my whole life. I don't have any special skills but offer a lot of love as a current dental student who can't have their own pet currently. I am currently a student with a busier schedule now that I am in clinic. On a case by case basis I may be available during the week if I do not have to see a patient. Most weekends I am available though! I am very flexible with care, each family and home has their own requirements about how their pet is cared for. I love taking dogs on walks, playing with them in the backyard, or even just cuddling with your pet on the couch together while I work on some homework!

About: Hello! I am studying in my masters program and looking for extra income to be. My partner lives in Texas with our Sharpei pitbull mix, Buster. I am missing him everyday I’m away. I have a cat of my own with me who is 10 and is named Bagheera. I am very fun and active and love the idea of taking your dog on long walks. I grew up with dog of various “big dog” breeds and I can handle puppies no matter how big or small they might be. I would love the opportunity to play with and care for any animal, and make sure they have everything they need! I’m a full-time student so my schedule is flexible and I’m available for boarding on the weekdays and weekends. Depending on my schedule, I may be out of the house for about four hours at a time, but frequently visit home. Before starting grad school, I was a full-time nanny for 10 years so I have lots of care experience and know the depths of which people love their pets. Being a nanny has helped me react quickly in emergency situations and has helped me expand my horizon of dog care as well!
