About: I've always been around animals. Whether it was family pets or animals I showed in FFA, I've always had animals near and dear to my heart. Currently I'm working part time and have lots of time to devote to your fur babies. I'm available for house sitting, drop in visits, or dog walking (they can help me get my 10,000 steps in) I understand all things routine involving fur babies, I can walk them when needed, play and take care of them so you have peace of mind while you're out.
About: I have grown up with pets of all kinds my whole life. I have owned dogs, cats, small reptiles, rabbits, fish. I have over 25 years of Petcare/animal experience. I have professionally cared for animals for 15 years. I have worked in Petcare in a pet store caring for the in-store animals: fish, reptiles, amphibians, birds, pockets pets, insects. I have volunteered at an animal shelter. I have worked my adult career in a primary veterinary clinic, and a specialty veterinary referral hospital. I have lots of experience with cats and dogs. I have pet sat for many friends and family. I have personally rescued several senior pets- cats and dogs, and I am very comfortable with medication administration, physical ambulatory assistance, and incontinence support. I have established and maintained many personal aquarium & terrariums of my own, as well as for family & friends. I have my weekends open for time to spend and company to give for a sweet pet in need of some special attention while their owners take care of some things. I work full time at a veterinary referral hospital and am available Saturday-Sunday (all day), and currently Monday & Tuesday, and Thursday Evenings. I offer bed boarding (over nights) & day care ( 9am- 9pm) in my home on Saturday and Sundays. I offer pet walking & drop-in pet sitting services Sat. & Sunday (all day, after 10am). About: Since I can remember, I have been caring for animals. If people know me, they know there is no Emilee without pets. Whether it's caring for the 3 dogs of my own, my cat, or a friend's/family's/colleague's animals, I am always excited for bonus time around fury loved ones. I have a background and degree in Animal Science and specific skills pertaining to diabetic animals. I am comfortable with all breeds, ages and sizes. I currently have a flexible schedule, so I am able to take on new clients for one-off visits, or daily/weekly/monthly needs. I realize things come up unexpectedly, so I am happy to be an immediate resource for you if my schedule allows! My personal philosophy has always been, "What would I think if it were me?" If someone were entering my home, or taking care of my animals, I would want full confidence that I can 100% trust that person without a single doubt in my mind. About: Growing up, learning to take care of different kinds of animals was encouraged. From guinea pigs to horses, I have seen it all. Now living on my own, and having a dog and cat of my own, I know how important it is to have someone you can trust to take care of your animals. I have experience giving a wide variety of medication to both dogs and cats. I do my best to follow any schedule or instructions given by parents and to communicate as much as possible throughout the stay! I’m currently not working so I have plenty of time to care for your animals. I do have a dog and a cat of my own that I will need to stop to check in on during the day, but I do have someone who can stay with them during the night if you do need overnight sitting. I currently only offer pet sitting in the client’s home. I do my best to follow all rules and instructions given, I do prefer any specifics (feeding amounts, any medications, etc.) to be written down just so I can reference back if I need!
