About: I've taken care of many dogs and cats over the years of all shapes and sizes. Up to 5 animals at one time in the past. I lost my last pet and want to help others while I grieve. I recently returned to Northern Michigan after the passing of my father to help my mother. Had to leave corporate job and looking for a happier pace of life and to give back to animals, who saved my life during a difficult time. I love walks and live right by the bike trails and near several parks. I also love cuddling on the couch and allow animals on the furniture if they're allowed to in their home. I would treat them like my own and follow any and all rules/restrictions to the letter. I always want to meet the pet and the family beforehand so everyone feels comfortable. I'm an open book and just like helping people. Ask any and all questions needed please!

About: I cared for my cat for 22 long and precious years, through sickness and old age. I believe my level of care provided that longevity. I clean residential homes during the day, so most days I’m gone for 3-5 hours (starting around 10/11am). My schedule tends to be more flexible in the colder months. I prefer to care for your pets exactly as you would, making their separation from you as painless as possible. I would love detailed/clear instructions.

About: I have a 6-year-old Great Pyrenees named Nala, a sweet and loyal guard dog, so I have experience and comfort interacting with all sizes, big and small. I also have two boy cats, Widget and Panko, whom I adopted 8 years ago. I love animals! Over the years, my friends and family have entrusted me with the care of their pets (and home) whenever they're out of town. I work in the field of film, which is typically 3-4 projects a month, so I have pretty open availability for pet care in the days between. I like to ensure that both pets and pet parents feel taken care of, whatever is needed to feel comfort and trust and not have to worry about anything. Beyond the essential needs, I like to go above and beyond by including whatever unique interactions, games, treats, routines, training needs, or other fun things the pet(s) are engaging with at that time.

About: I’ve been dog walking, pet sitting and doing home check ins for friends family and coworkers since I was 10. Love getting out in nature on long walks or checking in on your pets if you have to be away all day! My 3-4 day work week allows me free time on Monday- Wednesdays for walks and check ins. About: I have dog sat for younger, older, and more hyper dogs. I have also done some cat sitting. I have no problem dealing with puppies too. I am out of school for summer so I have a lot of time on my hands. I’m available almost all points in the day. I am capable of keeping a dog on the leash or in a yard. About: Not only have I grown up with pets my whole life, I have made a living out of taking care of them. It was my calling as a young child to become a Veterinarian. I started Pet Well Mobile Vet, the area's only mobile veterinary service, in 2021 to help bring a better level of quality to pet care after seeing how much more relaxed my friend's pets were when I took care of them in their homes. Building that bond through pet sitting is much the same thing. Pets get individualized care and you get peace of mind. As the mobile veterinarian, I can schedule my days as needed. I have the flexibility to do mid-day meals or walk, if needed. I'm almost always done working by 6pm to make sure everyone gets dinner on time and then some evening playtime. All pets will be cared for as if they are my own. I encourage pet parents to write up the normal routine for their baby so I can stick to it as much as possible. I love to send pictures and updates. (I would want them if the roles were reversed.) I also have the ability to care for medical issues that arise during the stay, only with the pet parent's permission of course.

About: Animals are an absolute passion for me. I have shared space for many felines and two pups – all are extremely well taken care of. About: I’ve taken Care of animals for about 20 years now. I’ve been dog sitting for 7 years privately for my neighbor and her two dogs. I love all animals and tend to spoil them rotten! About: I have grown up with springer spaniels and have cared for them throughout their entire lifespans. I have a soft spot for senior pets, but am very active as well. I always love walking, hiking, jogging, and paddleboarding with my dogs! I am a healthcare worker so work variable hours, I generally have quite a few days to a week off in a row, especially week days! I have years of experience pet sitting at family, friends, and neighbors houses. Since I have many days off, I am able to stay at clients homes full time during the day and have plenty of flexibility for walks/ potty breaks.

About: I have over 30 years experience caring for cats, dogs, horses, and other farm animals. I enjoy all animals and look forward to making them as comfortable at my house as they would be in their own home. I work part-time, mostly from home, and can adjust my schedule to accommodate your pet sitting needs. I do not have a fenced in yard, but do offer a large yard away from the road. My house is good sized with a full finished basement, so plenty of room for them to roam and find a place they feel most comfortable. About: I have had pets of my own for the past 38 years, since I was 12 years old. I also have a degree in biology and chemistry and have worked in animal hospitals and zoos. My husband, Scott, has had pets all his life. We treat our pets with the love and care that family members deserve, and we take our responsibility to them very seriously. Currently, we have a 2 year old black lab who absolutely loves all other animals, and a 14 year old cat who mostly sleeps in quiet, dark places. Our dog, Rosie, is always looking for new friends and is very submissive with them. She just wants to play and snuggle! Our children are grown and help with the care of them. Our house is full of pet lovers! We are very active and love to go for hikes, and we always keep dogs on their leash on the trails. We're happy to take your doggy to the dog park, as well, if you request it. You can have total peace of mind while your pup stays with us! I currently work part time and Scott, my husband, is a teacher and has summers off. I'm home a lot during the entire year, and we're both home on weekends. We have a fenced in backyard for running around and playing fetch. We have a large house and a fenced in yard where our dog, Rosie, loves to run around or playing fetch with us. We regularly go for walks in the neighborhood and hikes in the woods or on the beach. We love to take Rosie to the dog park, but will skip it if you're not comfortable with it. Scott is a teacher and has weekends and all summer free. Stephanie works part time, mostly from home and is at home most of the time during the week and is also available weekends. We have a large fenced yard and a wonderful Labrador retriever to keep your fur baby happy! We love giving dogs love and attention! We also love to take walks if that is something your dog enjoys.

About: I have been fostering for almost 10 years and have taken care of cats, dogs and horses growing up my whole life. I am familiar with giving meds and special needs for dogs and cats as well. I am working part time to spend more time with my kids and dogs and my kids also love new companions we take in and care for. I have just been wanting to care for more animals in my area. I have a fenced in yard and 2 dobermans and a doberdoodle. They are all dog and kid friendly. My dogs are vetted and up to date on everything. My dobermans are the reason I started fostering as they love new friends! My doberdoodle was my foster fail that I love dearly. I do have a couple kennels but if your dog does better with no kennel I do that as well!

About: I’m excited to care for your furry family member as if they were mine. At home I have a fenced in backyard, doggy gates inside to let animals have an open space of three rooms while I’m at work or running errands. My husband and I have our own fur children as well; a cat and two golden retrievers. I take my own dogs for walks both on and off leash (on wooded trails) about every other day. I have grown up with many pets as my parents let us have any pets we wanted as kids. I am pretty good at training dogs due to having so many throughout my life. I’ve trained our own dogs myself. In my spare time I enjoy adventuring in the outdoors. I have experience in the past volunteering at an animal shelter where I walked dogs and took care of cats. About: I've worked at a doggy daycare and boarding. I have learned so many things about animals at my time spent there and they make me so happy. Being around animals is the best feeling in the world. So far my schedule is really open at this point in time. I have Wednesdays and Thursdays off. I would like to be notified early if plans change.
