I also believe that it helps a dog to stay in familiar surroundings. I offer in-home pet-sitting, not just for your convenience, but for the best interests of your dog. I’ve raised dogs all my life. Over time, my interests turned to breeding and showing. I presently have my own dogs, Stanley and Stella. 2 mini shar pei. These experiences have made me deeply aware of what a dog needs to be happy and healthy. Meet-and-greets are essential for obtaining all necessary information in advance of the sit and making sure everyone gets along well. You’re entrusting me with both your dog and your home, and I treat that responsibility with the utmost seriousness. I’ll be punctual, and will ask about everything I need to know during the sit. During the stay, I will maintain a daily diary of what your dog and I are up to, so that when you return, you’re assured we had a fantastic time. About: I’ve taken care of my own dogs since they were puppies my oldest was 15 years old he’s finally crossed over the rainbow bridge ! I’ve worked at a doggy daycare for a year and 2 months as well where I specialize in cleaning after the dogs taking care of them and of course having fun with them as well The Animal Keeper is the name of the place I work at. I work with dogs on a daily basis, my job entitles me to work with all types of dogs from small little cute dogs to big Great Danes who think they’re still lap dogs. If you have a cat I can scoop or change litter if needed as well as keep the area clean where the litter box is stored. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy , which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
