Ben was amazing with our dogs and accommodated our request for a meet and greet before booking. He was quick to read our body language and how it affected our dogs (nervous helicopter parents here), and he knows how to read dog body language as well! Our dogs can resource guard, and Ben was skilled at navigating the environment to create a positive space for (and even help train) our dogs. We received lots of pupdates throughout the weekend, and our dogs came home as happy campers!
