About: With over a decade of hands‑on animal‑care experience, I bring a calm, knowledgeable approach to every pet I work with. I’m a Zoo Science major with training in behavior observation, enrichment planning, and safe handling techniques. I also train service dogs, so I’m comfortable with structured routines, behavior cues, and dogs who need a little extra patience. Whether your pet is energetic, shy, or a senior needing slow, gentle care, I’m here to make them feel safe and happy. I’m currently a full-time student with plenty of flexible time outside of class. I’m available on weekends and throughout weekdays between classes, making it easy to fit in walks, playtime, or drop-in visits whenever your pup needs me. “Kayla was great! She house sat for me and my cat for a few days. She hung out with him even if all he wanted to do was sleep on her lap. When she came for a meet and greet I learned she had to move to another state right around the time of my house sit, but despite that she didn't cancel and didn't even consider cancelling, even though it was probably an inconvenience for her to keep the job. I always look for last minute cancellations on reviews so to me the fact that she kept the job, even though it was a small one and probably inconvenient for her, speaks volumes about her reliability. She was even nice enough to give me a direct contact phone number for my peace of mind, I had an experience where I tried to call the Rover phone number and it didn't go thru so I always ask for real phone numbers. She was also great with my cat and really sweet to him even though he woke her up at 2am! Thanks so much kayla”

About: Pets are family, and they deserve to be treated like family. I have doggy sat for a family friend for 3yrs, Zoe, and Zarley. They go out 4 to 5 times a day, they get treats for going boo boo outside. We run around the apartment and play as much as my bones will let me. I am able to brush the furbabies every day, and multiple times a day if needed. I do talk to them like they can answer me…..😂😂. Animals understand more than we think they do. I love animals so much. I wish I could get one for me. But at this time, I am unable to afford one. I will not get any animal that I know I can’t pay for what they need. I was working up until 09/2025. I got hurt at work, and I’m unable to return. I am available 24/7 now. I have plenty of time to give ALL of my time to furbabies now. I have a full time job working midnights. I get off at 7am, but don’t usually go to sleep till around 10am. I do not work Friday nights. My part time job is just Mon., we’d., and Fri, from 9am to 1pm. I have every other weekend off. I always put fur babies first in my home. I play with them as often as I can. They are allowed on the furniture and bed. No matter what I am doing, I will stop to take them out, or play with them. I DO NOT give for babies ppl food, their little digestive system mite not be able to handle it. If there is something extra that you say they need, and you don’t have, I will buy it for them. I remove any and everything off the floors, so they cannot get in it. If there is a special diet that they have, I will just need written instructions on how to prepare it.

There is a fenced yard at my parents' home with five dogs, and I often play ball with them outside. I also have a fenced yard at my place for my 2-year-old Mini Aussie, where we enjoy playing outdoors as well. He has two full toy baskets and bark boxes every month! He is very loved (spoiled) :)!

About: I have taken care and loved animals for as long as I can remember walking. Young, old, on a diet? I can do it all! I am a full time student at Youngstown State University. I currently am on summer break, and free about all week except for weekends. There is lots of space for pets to run on our property, and I will be attentive at all times! I have watched dogs at others houses for years, along with taking care of my own animals at home! I have administered medication intake for animals, followed strict diets, and made sure they all get their energy out! I prioritize making sure the pets feel safe in the environment as my biggest heartbreak is an animal's sadness!

About: I work my typical job as a 5th grade teacher but was a nanny before that with lots of dog experience from that! However, I have cared for many families that had older dogs and cats as well as have gotten puppies while I was their nanny. So, I have experience with all ages of dogs as well as cats. I am currently working as a 5th grade teacher during the day until 3pm. With my nights being completely free the nights I work as well as weekends! I can be flexible, if you need quick visits or longer stays of visits for your animals. Based on your needs in your home I am able to accommodate!
