“Ava saved us last minute with overnight stays, wonderful updates and communication. Our 3 yro pup is very cautious and she won her over.”
2. Cameron W.
“Cameron did a great job with my dogs. They all have different personalities, so it was a relief to find someone who could cater to each of them and be loved by them all. He stuck to their usual schedule and sent lots of pictures/updates while I was away.”
3. Kerstin C.
“Kerstin was spectacular! She went above and beyond to take care of my kitties and anything else around my house and she is very reliable and truly loves my babies. I highly recommend her and I hope she will sit again soon. My animals were in wonderful hands and it made my time away stress free!”
4. Casey R.
“Casey went above and beyond my expectations. She took very good care of my fur babies, sent lots of photos, so I could feel relaxed on vacation knowing they were all ok.”
5. Jacob C.
“Jacob did such a great job with Rigley. I was very apprehensive about leaving her because she's older and needs lots of love and attention. Jacob took special care of her and sent me regular updates in how she was doing. He paid special attention to our home as well. You won't be disappointed.”

About: I’ve always had a love for animals since I was a child. I used to bring home strays even though I would get in trouble for it. I’ve babysat dogs for friends and family in the past. I also used to be a dog groomer at Petsmart. One rainy morning on my way to work, I saw a chihuahua mix on the side of the road. I parked my car about 10 feet away from her. She was shaking and had a look of despair. I gently scooped her up and put her in my passenger seat. I noticed her leg was broken so I skipped work and took her to the vet. I took her home with me and cared for her until she healed. Today, she is the happiest and chunkiest chihuahua I’ve ever seen. She’s living her best life with my mom. I work a full time job but I plan to quit soon. If day care is needed then I will take the days off needed for that. Overall, my schedule can be flexible. For day care, I have a fenced in backyard for your dogs to run around and play. They will be supervised at all times and I do have cameras. I have a sun room they can lounge in as well. I have a bucket of toys they can play with. They will be fed and will have plenty of water. If your dog does not get along with others then I can create a safe space for them.

About: I am new to Rover, but have been a pet/housesitter with TrustedHousesitters since 2018 and MindMyHouse since 2022. Currently, I am only available for long term (7+days) in home pet sits, anywhere in Louisiana, Alabama and Florida mid November-May. I am a social introvert, who enjoys spending time with animals, volunteering, babysitting, exploring, reading, gardening, photography and using my creative side as much as possible. I LOVE going on adventures with the pups that I sit for. Everywhere outdoors that I go, they go (if the pet owner approves). I am also just as content cuddling up with them at home. I bring over 30 years of experience in house/pet sitting. I have bonded with so many sweet pets (of all ages, sizes and breeds), made great friends with their owners, and have been blessed to be invited back by all of them (please see my 5 star reviews under my photos). I am very capable of sitting for multiple pets, while caring for your home, yard, plants, and pool. I grew up in a family of 7 and my parents raised us to be independent and self-sufficient. I have a flexible schedule and reliable transportation, therefore I have no trouble driving up to 16 hours to do a house sit. I’m available to pet sit anywhere in Florida. I am honest, reliable, clean, and respectful of other people's homes. I do not smoke, drink, or use drugs. I am very frugal and I strive to live a zero waste lifestyle. I have extensive experience with gardening, plant care, and yard maintenance. I worked as a florist for 10 years and have always had a garden and eclectic selection of plants of my own. Finally, I love photography and will most likely send you lots of cute photos of your pets. I telework five days a week and am able to be around your pets all day to ensure they have the love and attention that they need. I will care for your pet in your home. I will stay overnight and can stay up to 1-3 months. I’m only available for in home pet sits that are 7 days or longer. I’m available to pet sit anywhere in Louisiana, Alabama and Florida mid November-May. Please see my reviews from my pet sitting experience via TrustedHousesitters.

If I kept them at your house I would of course go by all your rules, care and love your pet as if it were my own. They would be well taken care of. I would just love to care for your pet and give them love while you’re away. I’m currently a full time veterinary assistant so I can provide services to animals safely. I l o v e a n i m a l s. I can come to your home and watch and/or walk your fur baby. I have my own fur baby but he does not like other dogs.
