About: Ever since I was a little kid I’ve grown up with pets, whether it was 7 cats and zero dogs or 2 cats and three dogs, there was never a time in my life where my family didn’t own a pet. Animals are everything to me and if I can spend time hanging out with more animals and taking care of them on a daily basis then I want to take advantage of all of that joy. We absolutely adore animals and taking care of them, as we have three dogs at our house and two cats. Everyone cares for their pets differently so with that being said, you say it and we will follow. We have a fenced in yard here with 3 very lovable dogs and 2 cats, as well as a basement, so if needed we could separate the animals, as well as crates too.

They went beyond, by taking him on 2 walks, sending several pictures of a smiley happy dog and communicating throughout the visit what Frank was up to. They are friendly, knowledgeable about dogs and training, timely and reliable. We were at ease being gone for so long knowing Frank was in good hands. Rather this needs to be letting them out into a fenced in yard, walking them off property or on property, taking them out of or putting them into a crate/ kennel. Cancelling before a booking begins and before the sitter's cutoff time qualifies you for a full refund. Same-day cancellations for walks, day care, and drop-ins follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
