About: I’ve been responsible for caring for my families pets since I was 5 years old. My dad taught me how to teach basic commands for our dogs and I’ve educated myself in the health and wellness of my pets since getting my dog, Ruby back in 2018. Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
