“Heather was amazing with Mika over the long weekend! She was super accommodating, very responsive, and kept us updated with daily pictures. It gave us so much peace of mind knowing Mika was in such great hands. We really appreciated how caring and attentive she was. We would absolutely book with Heather again and highly recommend her!”

“Wade was great with our little old man mutt, even with medicating with an inhaler! He gave our pup a vacation vibe while we were vacationing and was a gracious host. Thanks Wade!”
“Frodo spend Christmas time with Amanda and he came back so happy, he met new friends. Amanda took care of him like Frodo was his own dog. We could spend our time with or families because we knew that Frodo was more than fine...he was doing great!! Thanks, Amanda!”

“Mar is great to Molly. Even when a family emergency came up and I had to extend the visit unexpectedly, Mar was super helpful and accommodating. Molly gets excited when we pull up to the house, so I know she is in good hands and has a great time when she's there.”

“Nancy was absolutely amazing with my dog! She sent lots of pictures which I greatly appreciated. I could tell he was having a great time and was well loved and cared for. Nancy and Butch are lovely people and I highly recommend their services!!”

“We are so grateful to have found Brian to care for our two very special dogs, both of whom come with their own quirks and sensitivities. Our sweet and playful pup, Abbi, gets anxious in new environments, while our 13-year-old, Hank, is mostly sweet and playful but can also be a bit reactive when startled, especially by fast movements or unfamiliar people. Brian was incredible with both of them. Hank warmed up to him almost immediately (something that rarely happens) and seeing him snuggling his head into Brian's hand during one of the daily video updates was a highlight for us. Brian’s calm, confident presence clearly helped both of our dogs feel safe and happy. They had plenty of space to explore, lots of outdoor playtime, and were cared for with patience and attentiveness. In addition to putting our dogs at ease, he also managed to put my husband-who tends to be quite anxious about leaving them-at ease, as well. The daily video updates, thoughtful care, and dog-friendly environment made all the difference.”

“Jamie was wonderful with The Diva! Jaime sent photos every day while we were away and updated us on how Hadassah was adjusting. I would highly recommend her to care for your sweet ones. Bobbi Jo”

“Meghan and her family took such great care of our pups. She checked in often and reassured me they were doing great. They came home happy! Would definitely recommend Meghan to take care of your pets.”

“My first time boarding with Faith - I felt at peace leaving my pup with her when I left, and received super cute updates that showed me she treats the pups she sits as her if they were her own. This eased my dog-mom mind, and I could tell my pup had had a great time at Faith’s when I picked her up. Very grateful to have found a reliable, trustworthy, and professional sitter. Thank you so much, Faith!!”

About: Ive taken care of dogs every size. teaching new tricks, going on walks, and ice cream is something I enjoy doing with a fur baby I currently work full time night shift. I work 12 hrs shifts so my other 4 days during the week are open to helping other animal lovers with their babies. Because without the help I receive on my work days I would b very stressed. I have an unfunded yard but I love going on walks. Me and my dog ( henny) are always going hiking, fishing, to the dog park, or just out for a car ride. Henny loves all dogs and has lots of energy to play.
“Amber and her husband were great about giving me updates on Carroll’s sleep and eating habits over the two days. That was appreciated and he looked happy in his vacation home.”

“In all honesty we were panicking about leaving our boys. We have never left them with anyone but family and really didn’t know what to expect. However from the moment we dropped them with Amber and her amazing family we knew we didn’t have to worry anymore. She, her husband and kids were absolutely fantastic!! They took care of them as if they were their own, they kept us updated daily with pictures and tales of their adventures from each day and really put our minds at ease. I don’t think the dogs really wanted to leave and come back to us lol!! I would give them 10 stars if I could and will take our boys there every time we have to go anywhere!! Thank you so much guys ??”

About: I have been taking care of fur babies for well over a decade. I used to be a full time dog walker/house sitter until I went into healthcare. Whether your pet has many needs or just likes to chill out, I’m more than happy to help. As a pet owner myself, I know that animals are not just pets... they’re a part of the family and I treat them so. Please do not hesitate to ask about my experience or any other questions you may have. I have a full time job in healthcare and am usually off Friday to Sunday while the other days vary a little bit. I update my availability regularly. I have two dogs who are friendly and love to play. They interact with big and small dogs well. As far dog walking and visits, I treat your place like my own. I’ll tidy up after myself and let you know how my visit went :)

“Ashauna was wonderful with our dog. She sent pictures periodically throughout our Princess’s stay so I could see how much fun they were having. We will definitely request Ashauna if she is available the next time we need overnight boarding.”

“She did great with our cat Smokey! Will definitely book again. She was very understanding of the storm and pick up times being pushed back. Also sent pictures to update us regularly on our boy! Couldn’t be more happy! 10/10 recommend her & we will be back!”

“Jody was extremely pleasant to work with. She was friendly immediately upon meeting her and interacted with our dogs like they were her own. I highly recommend her and will definitely use her again.”

Every sitter on Rover is required to pass a background check before listing their services. This process confirms their identity and indicates they are not on the Department of Justice’s National Sex Offender Public Website or have any disqualifying offenses.
Beyond ID checks, you can review each sitter's star rating, read verified reviews from other pet parents, and see how many repeat clients they have. Every booking is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes up to $25,000 in eligible veterinary care. For more details, visit Rover's Trust & Safety page .
While each sitter sets their own vaccine requirements, staying up-to-date on your dog’s vaccines is the best way to be "boarding ready". Vaccinations help create a safe environment for all pets under a sitter’s care.
Many sitters in PA ask that dogs be up to date on core vaccines like the Canine Parvovirus, Canine Distemper, Canine Adenovirus, Bordetella, and Rabies.
By discussing your pet's health history early, you’re adding a layer of confidence for you and your sitter before the booking begins.
If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your dog to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your dog is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
Every qualified booking made on Rover is backed by the Rover Guarantee, which includes reimbursement for eligible emergency vet care.
