About: Big Star Pet Care was started in memorial of our best friend of nearly 10 years, a rescue pitbull who was our Biggest Star. That’s why we give everyone our Big Star Promise— to treat your animals like they are their own Big Star. I've taken care of many animals, from cats & dogs, to rodents, reptiles, birds and more. This makes my experience in animal care varied and diverse. I am comfortable with all sizes of pet and breed, as well as many different temperaments. We are privately insured with pet care professional insurance (including vet coverage)— for the utmost safety of your loved ones, so that you can rest at ease while away. We are always learning new ways to expand what we can offer to our clients. We strive to follow instructions left by the pet owner and always send plenty of photos and updates. As a wife and wife team, your care will be carried out by either of us or both of us— but you can ensure top quality care regardless of who is providing it. Walks and drop ins before 8am and after 5pm are often attended by Gabrielle, while housesits are generally carried out by Mary due to Gabrielle’s full time position. Boarding care is handled by both parties. Most messages are responded to by Mary. Mary does have a standing M-F 3 hour babysitting gig from 1-4, though it often ends early. We try to be flexible and accept most bookings, including emergency last minute bookings. We offer a number of services; however, we do not accepts pets from more than one family at a time during boardings so that we can ensure the utmost attention, care and safety of your furry friends. We live in a large townhouse with a fully fenced backyard, 3 cats who keep mostly to themselves but may befriend gentler dogs and a 6 month old puppy who is generally well behaved and in training. We have no children or other people living in the home. We can create separated spaces if necessary, while still ensuring your furry friend gets the care and attention they deserve, while in a comfortable space for them. Mary is dog and cat CPR/First Aid certified through the American Red Cross. We have experience with animals who have special dietary, medication and medical related needs.

About: I’ve had pets all of my life. I grew up with large dogs and currently have 2 small breed dogs. I have had older pets and puppies too. I take amazing care of my pets, and will for yours. My husband and I own a house with a backyard and lots of space to walk dogs around the neighborhood. I am a stay at home mom and am available to watch your dogs all day and provide the best care for them. I’m always here. I have a gated backyard with 2 small breed dogs. They are allowed inside and can go outside anytime to potty. If needed, I can crate your dog and we have a puppy room inside the house where they can sleep.

About: I grew up on a farm, so I have spent most of my life caring for pets. I currently own one dog named Mackey. I would love the opportunity to care for your pet and give them the attention they need. Please Note: I do not accept pets that are not crate trained and potty trained. I work from home so my schedule is flexible and I can use that opportunity to provide plenty of walks and breaks as needed for your pet. Our normal walks occur twice a day in the morning and in the evening with intermittent outside breaks throughout the day. My current dog is indoors. All pets staying at my home will be indoors with A/C and access to plenty of water, food and toys.

About: What makes me different from other sitters is the genuine love and care I have for animals. I’ve had pets my entire life, from cats to dogs, so caring for animals has always been second nature to me. When caring for pets in my home, I focus on making sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved from the moment they arrive. Since I’m home all day, pets will have plenty of supervision, attention, and care throughout the day. I make sure they have regular potty breaks, playtime, fresh water, feeding on their normal schedule, and a calm environment where they can relax. I also understand that every pet is different, so I do my best to follow each owner’s instructions and keep their routine as close to normal as possible. My goal is to make your pet feel at home and cared for like family while you’re away.

Saturday – Sunday: We do not work on weekends, so your fur baby will enjoy fun filled days with plenty of attention and activity. From walks around our neighborhood near the park to playtime in our fenced backyard, we make weekends exciting and engaging for every pup in our care. We have a fenced backyard and one (1) miniature Golden Retriever who can either play with your fur baby or be separated if requested. We are very cautious and will always ensure your fur baby is safe and well cared for. We are the type of family that loves providing daily updates and photos because we understand that leaving your fur baby in someone else’s care can feel intimidating. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable and reassured while you’re away.

I am extremely reliable and will always be on time and will pick up when you need me (: I work full time from home. i am a stock trader so i am busy until around 11am or noon, but after that i’m free. Also weekends i’m free any time I will take extreme care of any animals i am watching and will make sure to go over with the client to make sure all needs are met! plus i’ll give your animas lots of love ! I live in a big house and have a fenced in yard ! Work in the morning free most of the day. My place is spacious and I’d be happy to take your dog on walks or up to the park I have a big house plenty of space and a fenced in yard. Have a bunch of toys to throw around to make sure to get all of your dogs energy out!
