We had excellent communication for the duration of Sophie’s stay with them. Nathan contacted me about a week into her stay to report an issue that he felt needed reviewed by her vet. I agreed and Nathan made the appointment, then took her for a vet visit. The vet also agreed with Nathan and gave Sophie 2 prescriptions. Nathan paid for the vet visit and meds himself (since I was not available at the time). For the next week, Nathan and Jackie gave Sophie the meds prescribed and reported back to me how she was doing with her medical issue. I am so thankful for Nathan’s keen observation and proactive stance on Sophie’s health. The vet visit and daily meds were more than they signed up for and they just took care of it all. I will definitely be taking Sophie back for future boardings, and may even have to take her for occasional visits so she can play with the dogs and the kids!”

By the time we were on our way, we felt confident that our dog was going to have the best time ever. Jenelle sent lots of pictures and updates that showed that our dog wasn't just visiting, she was having an epic vacation of her own. Jenelle's yard is huge and set up for dogs to explore, play & nap. We brought Rosie's bed with her but it seems like she was happiest parked on the couch with the family. We have young kids as does Jenelle and we were so touched by the extra attention Rosie got. Overall, the stay was a great mix of active play time, relaxation, and lots of love. We would definitely book Jenelle for another stay in the future!”
