I don’t even LIVE in Delaware, but I attended my brother’s wedding there, and she literally SAVED MY LIFE at the last moment, and babysat my pup BLUE at the last minute! I reached out to her at 7:30 in the morning, for an afternoon drop off, and not only did she reply almost immediately to confirm some details, she accepted the booking! I have never left my dog anywhere except for his groomer, and I was PLEASANTLY shocked at how well my dog took to her and her FABULOUS dog, and the other dog that she was watching. I made my brother’s wedding, and didn’t have to worry about my dog and his accommodations (dogs weren’t showered unfortunately) because I was so grateful for and confident in the care being provided by Ms. Rita. About: I grew up with dogs and have had cats as an adult. I love dogs but I travel too much to have my own, so pet sitting is the next best thing. I work from home and have good control over my schedule. I already take walk breaks during the day (including 45 min - 1 hour at lunchtime) and have a large fenced yard. I give lots of attention and cuddles to any dogs and cats in my care, and ensure plenty of playtime, running, and walks. Dogs and cats are welcome in my workspace while I’m working, and on the furniture throughout the house.

About: My beloved pet Cookie just passed away at age 18. I gave her plenty of love and care and will do the same for your dog/s. Can’t wait to snuggle with your pet and treat him or her like Family. I live in the Garnet Valley School District and have lots of time to give your dog happy hellos, soft snuggles and loyal Friendship. I have experience in letting dogs out from at their home and taking dogs for walks when owners are away on vacation. I love making dogs happy with kind words, food/treats, sitting next to them and rubbing their belly. My home is perfect for boarding because I live in a quiet, traffic free area and it safe to walk or board your adorable pet. I also have a gated deck to enjoy fresh air when the weather is nice. If your preference is to leave your furry friend in your home, I would gladly come out to your home to look after your pet/s in their familiar environment.

About: I grew up having pets since I was born, including dogs, turtles, hamsters, guinea pigs and others. My daughters and I have taken care of our neighbors and friends dogs, and we have experience interacting with cats from my brothers and friends. We have only guinea pigs now, but my daughters are longing for any dog-sitting especially, so we have plenty of space, love and affection to spare, if needed. I am a teacher with my summers off. My daughters are in camps periodically, but we are largely staying local throughout the rest of the summer, and I have a number of house projects that will keep me based at home for most days. I have a pet-friendly townhouse community that I live in. Safe, slow-moving cars, dog-walking areas with doggie bag stations, coupled with open grassy areas, and conveniently located near several close-by parks and even a dog park 10 minutes way. Other dogs are leashed in the community. If needed, your dog can be kept in our finished basement, with plenty of space to move around. In your home, if you prefer to have the dog walked nearby and/or caged at night, that will not be a problem.

About: Hi I’m Jess! I’ve previously worked for petsmart and have owned pets all of my life! I’ve got experience as a bird owner for over 20 years with multiple types of birds. I have been a sitter for dogs of all sizes including a coon hound, pit mix, corgi, and a golden doodle. I’ve even made homemade dog food when necessary! I have also been a sitter for cats! I’m willing to get my hands dirty and am used to cleaning up for and bathing dogs in my home as well! I love the outdoors and walking dogs, so your dog will get plenty of outside time. There is a state park close to my home that I frequent. If you have other animals in your home like Guinea pigs, hamsters, birds, lizards, etc I can care for them too with my knowledge from working at Petsmart. Helping me will be my significant other who currently works for petsmart also. I’m an animal lover at heart and will take great care of your pet as if it were my own! I’m home 24/7 to care for your pet, with a very flexible open schedule. I have nothing but lots of time to devote to your pet. I have a safe apartment complex with other leashed dogs that are all friendly surrounding me. My home is smoke free and we don’t use aerosols or candles due to owning birds. Our birds are kept separate from your animals and your pet will be supervised and played with and let out for potty breaks and walks every hour or two.

About: My parents always had animals in our home growing up and I have had plenty experience. I also have fostering experience through the BVSPCA of animals all species and ages. I’m currently a stay at home mom with a lot of extra time on my hands. My schedule is very open and flexible to suit your needs.
