I have my own pets. I have dogs, rats, hedgehog and a lizard. I've done housesitting/dog sitting jobs many of times. I run my own animal rescue. I love working with animals. About: What sets me apart is from the amount of expensive I’ve had with animals. 3 years in pet sitting but my parents were breeders so I grew up with animals. I treat them like my best friend! I ensure my care and love gets through to them to make them as happy as possible while giving them much attention I baby sit mid day I won’t be there then but every other time I will and I’m able to do over night. Pretty free most the time I only do clients home and I ensure the safety and trust by letting them get to know me more then giving them much attention while keep at their daily routine

“Tessa was so kind as to watch my pup for the weekend. I did get text updates and did not have to worry about my pup’s food or safety. The reason I gave a 4 star instead of 5 is because I spent an entire day cleaning my home so this would be nice and clean when she arrived. While I knew she and her daughter would be staying at my house, my ring camera said otherwise. The whole family stayed at my house all weekend. I would not have minded this had it been mentioned up front and had there been no further concerns…however upon my return home the following was present: my living room was a mess, there were dirty tissues in one of my bins by the couch, there were food stains on the couch, all of my placemats at the dinner table had red koolaid stains on them (nobody told me this happened and it ruined my placemats…$100 worth and stained my couch), there were red koolaid colored fingerprints that stained my pantry door. I tried to scrub it off and now have to repaint. While the overall service pertaining to my dog and Tessa’s kindness where 100% excellent, I am not made of money and work very hard to provide for myself since I have one income…and I was very very very upset and sad when I returned home to find my house left in this condition. Tessa once again, thank you for watching my sweet girl. I know having a family is tough and busy when also being a dog sitter…please don’t be upset. I just am so sad that I had to come home to ruined $100 worth of placements, couch, door, etc and nobody mentioned this to me at all. I now have to fork out money to get new placemats, clean my couch, and paint my door. That is unfair to me as a paying customer. I’m also upset that you weren’t straightforward with me about your whole family being there instead of just you and your daughter as our messages confirmed. I would not have had an issue if I was told this upfront and my house/items that I work 60+ hrs/week for weren’t destroyed when I got home.”

About: I’ve taken care of all kinds of dogs since being a kid. I use to help my aunt house sit her neighbors dogs. I have also previously worked at a pet day care taking care of cats and dogs all day long. That includes dogs who needed medicines, puppies, older dogs and cleaning up after such. I am currently a stay at home mom with my 1 year old son. So other than the occasional doctor appointment I am 100% free to take care of your fur babies. When at a clients house I will be caring for your babies like they are my own. Their needs will be above everything else. I will do my best to match your expectations to your animals care. With house sitting requests I do two drop ins during the day and then stay the night at your house. If constant care is needed throughout the day I do charge an additional $15/hr on top of my overnight fee.

I’ve bathed, fed, walked and even groomed many different animals of varying size throughout the years. For me the money comes last, your pets care and happiness come first always.
