About: I’ve been dog sitting regularly for 5 years now, I have many regular clients I dogs-sit for. I also have experience with diabetic dogs, and am very comfortable with giving insulin! I am a part time college student, I also hold an executive board seat, and work part-time! I have large gaps in-between all of my schedules to assure proper care! I myself have 2 dogs and regularly care for them by myself, I have a lot of patience when it comes to very hyper dogs or dogs that don’t like to listen.
About: I’ve cared for dogs of all sizes & personalities. I’m not shy to specialized care needs and love to play, walk & give belly rubs! Services include drop in dog walks and play sessions and overnight pet sitting for short or long terms. I’ve cared for two large fluffy dogs with special needs for two months at a time. I also looked after a high energy chihuahua for three weeks, routinely walking three or four times a day to burn some extra energy! I work full time in Bloomington from 9-6, Monday - Friday. Walks will take place as late as 8am or earlier, during lunch break if you’re home is within 15 miles of Bloomington, and after 6:30 pm on weekdays. Weekends are flexible and I am comfortable transporting the dogs to a dog park or swimming spot if they do well on field trips! I’m more of a homebody and love to play and interact with animals in their home. Your house rules & pet care needs will be met with respect and understanding. Your dog’s boundaries, safety and needs will be prioritized. I appreciate cleanliness and will respect your home as if it’s my own.
About: I have many pets including dogs and cats. I have potty trained my dog and she knows many basic commands so far. I have also fostered kittens and puppies. I currently work from home, spending the majority of my time at home every day gives me plenty of time to put towards pet care. I have a fenced in yard and my home is pet friendly and puppy and kitten proof. No basement access and the doors and windows are not left open without screen/screen doors. Safety is my number one priority. For drop in visits and walks I will be respectful of your time, privacy, belongings, and of course your pets. They deserve to be taken care of with love and respect at all times. I will always follow your rules and directions and I will provide you with updates as i care for your pets.
About: I’ve been around animals since a very younger age because of having my dad as a veterinary my whole life. I have also worked as a veterinary assistant for about 2 years before I decided to go towards human medicine and got my nursing license in 2024. I am great with animals and know a lot about handling and care because of my training as a VA! Would love to meet your pets. :) I work as a nurse in long care with a very flexible schedule to be available to care for pets. Love to take them out for walks and such, I will be with them 24/7! I live alone in an apartment with three of my own kitties. They have a strict three time a day eating schedule due to my torbie being a little fat from her being too cute and getting too many treats 😂
About: New to pet sitting, but not new to pet care! I treat every animal like family, and understand the love, patience, and responsibility it takes. :) I am currently working part-time! I am available on certain days throughout the week to do visits, walks, or daycare. I even can on some weekends! I have both a fenced and unfenced yard! Meet & Greets can take place in person or virtually. If you are booking with a sitter for the first time, we recommend in-person Meet & Greets to get a clearer sense of how your sitter interacts with your pet or the new environment.
During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your sitter questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. sitters on Rover set their own cancellation policy, which you can find on their profile under their contact information. Sitters may set a same-day, one-, three-, or seven-day cancellation policy. Cancelling within your sitter’s cancellation policy qualifies you for a full refund.
Same-day cancellations for recurring services, which include walks, drop-ins, and day care, follow the full refund policy. Otherwise, for pet boarding and house sitting, if you cancel after 12 pm on the applicable cancellation deadline, you’ll receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for any remaining days.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means you will get a full refund and our support team will work with you to find a replacement sitter.
