About: I've lived with pets all my life and while I’ve only had one human roommate in the last 30 years, I've always had a least one cat up until 2018. I LOVE cats (esp kittens), and am quite comfortable around dogs as well (I love them too, just not in all capitals, LOL). When I first started pet sitting, I thought I preferred cats to dogs, but the past few years have enabled me to expand in my love of, and comfort with dogs (but please don't tell the cats that)! I also used to 'lease' a horse in my youth and have experience with birds, hamsters, fish, and guinea pigs. I DON'T like snakes or insects (sorry!) In the last 12 years I’ve volunteered with several rescues as a cat/kitten foster and I'm known to be particularly good with feral kittens and cats. I'm really good with walking (dogs mostly), dispensing medications, and loving attention, but I'm not a pushover when it comes to treats from the table (that's a no-no) staying on leash when required, and letting them know I mean business when necessary. I don't believe in EVER striking or punishing animals and seem to fall in love with them all. I’ve been a house and pet sitter on the site “Trusted Housesitters” since 2018 and have over 21 positive reviews there. I’m recently retired (yet surprisingly busy). I don’t do a lot of night driving, but am otherwise generally available. I’m a stickler about being on time, and keeping dates I commit to. My preference is for cats to remain indoors at all time at my house, and dogs always on a lead when outside. I have a variety of crate sizes here, and am totally comfortable with your fur kids riding in my car, lounging on my furniture, and/or sleeping in my bed. I have all wood floors, plenty of cat litter pans and bowls for food and water. My yard is not fenced but I live directly in front of the Western Maryland Rail Trail, and have easy access to neighborhood parks as well.

About: I worked at PetSmart for over a year in the grooming Department. I also worked for doggie style pets in Philadelphia . Before I started grooming I worked at Sobo Dog daycare as well in Baltimore. I really enjoy working with dogs and getting to know them and the pet parents. About: I have two very large dogs. One which i have successfully trained to come into schools and help kids out. I make my own treats and because my boys have allergies, i can make treats according to your pets! When your pet is in my care they will be loved like they’re mine! i’ve been taking care of animals since i was little from friends and family i’ve always been the go to for pet sitting! I am a server 4 days out of the week so the rest of my time is mine, so why not get to know some different animals:) When i have your pet in my care they will be loved like they’re my own. Fun outside toys for walks and if i do walk your dog i can also teach them how to walk properly on a leash so you can take them everywhere with you!
