I needed very last-minute boarding care over the holidays for my big, rambunctious Doberman mix and amazingly, Sara was available. Our meet and greet made me feel so confident about leaving my guy with her, and her frequent updates and photos throughout my trip just added to my confidence that he was in great hands with her. Additionally, Sara was very proactive and communicative when my pup had an off day - she gave me a thorough explanation of his symptoms and was very deferential to how I wanted to proceed. Thankfully it ended up being a non-issue, but I really appreciated her attentiveness. Lastly, when my return travel plans went comically awry, Sara didn’t bat an eye at keeping my guy for a whole extra day. Her flexibility and positivity made my bad travel day so much lighter.
