About: As a nurse, fur mom, foster mom, and Vice President of a rescue, I have unique skills that make me the best fit for the job! I have experience with dogs, puppies, cats, and kittens including neonatal. I have been lucky enough to have the opportunity to focus on Rover and devote my full attention, time, and love to providing pet care to countless families in the area. Outside of my natural nursing instincts in wanting to help others, my profession has also made me someone mindful of the environment and the ones I am caring for. Safety is a top priority. Regardless of whether the care provided is in your home or mine, you know you will be comfortable leaving your fur babies in my hands. I effectively multi-task, where I can be the "fun friend" for your pet while maintaining a safe environment. I believe it is essential to not only be aware of the surroundings and assess various safety factors of the environment but also to be mindful of the animals, their behaviors, and the situation.

“My Babygirl we just rescued has really bad separation anxiety so finding a sitter/daycare for her was hard especially so short notice. Stephanie welcomed Rain with open arms and she had an absolute blast, my husband said she slept the whole way home she was so pooped out. Even got pictures of her watching Doggy Tv, will definitely book again in the future!!”

“Was very grateful for Genna helping watch my pup so last minute. The Rover card was filled out with great detail and tons of pictures which was wonderful! Would recommend :)”

About: I’ve always had animals my entire life of all sorts and prefer their company. Naturally animals are comfortable in my presence. I am basically Snow White. Pet care is a regular part of my routine that I could easily adapt to your requirements. I work a few hour during the week for a few days and have plenty of time to accommodate your needs. I have fenced yard if necessary for run time. But I can make time to visit the home of your pets for their comfort ability.

About: We have watched friends animals in our home and in theirs over the past 12 years. Prior to that we have cared for our own pets from fish and guinea pigs to dogs, cats, and various farm animals. I am a stay-at-home mom and my husband works from home so we have lots of time to love and take care of your animals. We have a fenced in portion for the dogs located off our back deck. Feeding schedule is typically 10 AM and 5PM. House is kept clean and tidy to keep the pets healthy.

“Beth took excellent car of my pup while he was nervous to have me leave. I received hourly updates and photos which eased my mind. Excellent sitter!!!”

About: I have taken care of all kinds of pets since I was a kid. Trainer dogs, walked and played with and basically been a doggy baby sitter. Home full time with a kennel of our own, my availability is very good. I can be flexible to meet your needs! Overnights or weekends are fine! About: I’m a lifelong animal lover with years of hands-on experience. I’ve fostered dogs and cats of all ages through Humane Animal Rescue in Pittsburgh, which taught me how to care for pets with unique needs and personalities. I’ve been pet sitting for many years and have had my own pets throughout my life, so I know how important it is to provide reliable and loving care. I recently graduated from Pitt and have a completely open and flexible schedule right now. I’m focusing on doing something I truly enjoy spending time with animals while I look for my next job. This means I can fully adapt to your pet’s daily routine, whether it’s daycare, walks, or overnight stays. At my home, I have a fenced-in yard where dogs can play safely, as well as a friendly dog who can keep your pup company if you’d like. I can easily crate your dog if needed and love working on basic commands to keep pets engaged and happy. When I’m in a client’s home, I treat their pets and space with the same respect and care as I would my own.

“Alina and her family are the sweetest! Alina took very good care of my Winnie and was very attentive to her.”

Pets are allowed on furniture (please tell us if this is a behavior you don’t allow) We typically do feedings 2xs a day (am/pm) unless other needs are requested.

“If Victoria is known for anything, it is the love and care she extends to animals. Although she is related, various people within our family have chosen her for all their pet care and sitter needs. If you know our family, you know that just because you’re a relative does not guarantee anything; rather, getting the “job” relies upon the quality of work delivered. Our family may even scrutinize one another more because we are related, as, at times, our expectations are set higher than what we may expect from a stranger. That said, Victoria has proven to be a trustworthy, dependable, and caring provider for cats and dogs. We can leave town comfortably, knowing they are in good hands with her. Our family as a whole will only recommend businesses and/or people who come highly recommended; we would recommend her for all your pet care and sitter needs!”

Julia M.
“I reached out to Julia while I was in town and needed a dog sitter for my beagle and my German shepherd (who can be protective.) Julia was great with both of them and they didn’t want to come home! Would highly recommend and have her dog sit again, she treats them as her own!”

Amber T.
“Amber is great with my dogs. They are both very different and she knows how to treat them individually. They get super excited when she comes over. She arrives when she says she’s going to and doesn’t rush her interaction with my dogs. It’s clear she really likes them and likes caring for them as well. She speaks their language!”
