During our meet and greet at a park, we went for a walk and Bob asked if he could walk Chip. He did a great job harnessing Chip's puppy energy and redirecting his attention when he got distracted or overly excited. It was nice to see such a positive interaction before our stay and it really put my mind at ease. During Chip’s stay, Bob was extremely responsive, attentive to our pup's needs and schedule, sent lots of (adorable) pictures, and even took the time to train and work with Chip. Bob is very knowledgeable about pet care and training, and Chip was more attentive and better mannered after his stay with Bob. I could tell that Chip really enjoyed his time with him and was very excited when he saw him for his second stay.
