About: As a true animal lover who misses her pets while away at school, I’m excited to offer hands-on care for a wide range of animal companions. I’ve raised cats, dogs, rabbits, and chickens, and I also work closely with the animal lab at the Science Museum of Virginia in my hometown of Richmond. There, I care for reptiles, amphibians, fish, and even arachnids, giving me both the compassion and confidence to care for exotic pets of all kinds. I’m a full time student at JMU, with classes M-Th, I am offering all day/as needed care on weekends starting Friday after 1pm. I am open to drop-ins and walks after 6pm weekdays, except Tuesday. About: I have 10 years experience in veterinary medicine, general practice and emergency. Special needs dogs welcomed!! I will treat your babies as if they are my own! At the moment I am home full time with my children and my own pets. My schedule is open for the remainder of the summer. I have five acres of UNFENCED property. Dogs with good recall are welcome to play/free roam if approved by owner. Otherwise dogs are walked on a leash by myself. All pets are given food/treats under direct supervision as a precaution.

About: I'm a Firefighter with some extra time on my hands that I want to do something fun with! Helping you out and playing and spending time with your furry friends! I am a firefighter that has couple of days a week and weekends to help you out I'm free! I absolutely love animals! I'm young full of energy to run and play or just relax too whatever your pup or cat needs I'm here for! I have a big yard with lots of room to play! With plenty of toys! I also have a 5 month old lab/ golden retriever he is very friendly and loves all dogs and cats!

About: With a diverse background in pet care, I have to ability to provide a multitude of services. I have experience with daily walks, pet bathing, and drop in visits. About: I grew up with several pets and have had several of my own. I currently have a Bor-doodle dog who is service trained. My family used to train and groom dogs so I’m educated on that as well! I do mentoring for children part-time at the moment. But I do make my own schedule and can fit it around all of your pets needs! I care for pets by feeding them, walking them, taking them on hikes, and making sure they get the attention they need while their owner is gone whether that is in home or in my own home!

About: I’ve taken care of cats for a year but I also had a cat growing up. When I did have 2 cats they were my world. I enjoyed every minute when I had them. I’m very passionate about caring for cats. I was working full time at the hospital but I’m free every day Monday-Friday until I get the job that I want but after I get that job I’m still available I don’t have a fenced back yard but my neighbor is a pet friendly environment. I’m near a park that is safe for animals as well.

About: My entire life, I have had a dog. Whether it be a hunting dog (well, my dad had those), or an indoor dog, I have always been around them. I currently have an English Mastiff named Roxi, a Shih-tzu/Yorkie mix named Bella, and a mixed breed I rescued named Brutus! I love them more than anything!! My dogs also love it because they love having friends over! :) I strive to give them the best life and always keep them up to date at the vet and groomer. I will not hesitate to make a vet trip if I sense that something is wrong. My two year old twins also love dogs, so that makes it fun for everyone! I am home every day, all day! I work as an on call nurse every other week, so then my husband is home to puppy sit! We love our dogs more than some people love their kids, haha! Our dogs have every necessity they need to live a happy life! Our dogs are allowed to sleep with us and on the couch, and when they are not on the couch they are on their very expensive beds! :) We treat them better than family! Our dogs get to go outside frequently to play, as well as relaxing on our gated back porch. We do go for walks, but our big girl, Roxi the mastiff, has some hip tenderness so she isn't as active as she used to be!
