“Lasya and her partner were wonderful. It was a last minute booking I needed for the weekend and they were more then accommodating to meet both my Frenchies. Both dogs were well taken care of and very happy when I returned. Both dogs were walked, fed and socialized with. I would highly recommended and trust. I will book them again.”

“Gwenyth is awesome! We needed a last-minute walker for our energetic dog while we were out of town, and she answered our inquiry right away. She is professional, informative and approachable, and great with enthusiastic and energetic pups. My dog is way too excitable for my senior mother, who was dogsitting for the week, to walk— but Gwenyth was completely unfazed and more than capable of handling her. We knew we were in great hands with her, and would absolutely recommend her to anyone who’s in need of a kind and reliable walker!”

About: As a dog owner myself and a passionate volunteer for local animal rescue organizations over the past 6 years, pet care is truly my life's passion. Working closely with rescue dogs and puppies has taught me incredible patience, deep empathy, and how to read subtle animal body language, especially with pets that are anxious, shy, or need extra reassurance. I know how to handle different temperaments and create a stress-free environment. I promise to treat your furry family member with the exact same dedication, love, and high standard of care that I give to my own pets and the rescue animals I help I work from home full-time, which means I can provide round-the-clock care, frequent potty breaks, and constant companionship for your pets. My weekends are fully open for boarding, dog walking, and drop-in visits. I am very flexible and can easily adapt to your pet's regular feeding and walking schedule without any issues. When caring for pets in your home, I treat your space with the utmost respect. I strictly follow your specific instructions regarding feeding, medication, and house rules. I make sure doors and gates are securely locked, and I keep a close eye on your pet to ensure they are safe and happy.

“Anika is an absolutely fantastic dog walker! She’s reliable, professional, and truly loves dogs. My pup lights up every time he sees her, and I always feel completely at ease knowing Anika is taking care of him. She goes above and beyond—sending updates, being flexible with scheduling, and making sure my dog gets the exercise and attention he needs. Highly recommend Anika to anyone looking for someone trustworthy and caring!”

About: Неу! My name is Rawan, and I grew up in an animal loving house. My dad was an animal lover, and naturally so am I. I love all types of animals... small rodents, dogs, cats, birds. I love them all. I have been gentle, caring, and loving with animals from a young age. My first ever pet was a hamster, I had two of them. From ages 8-12, and took care of them myself. I would change their litter, feed them, play with them, and of course make sure they were, healthy and happy. I've had two fishes, turtles and 2 dogs as well as taken care of family members dogs and cats for periods of times while they were out of town. I currently have a cat. Who I adore. I love animals so much, and I am grateful to be able to spread my love for animals by taking the time to care for other fur babies! Feel free to reach out anytime! :) I am available 10 a.m.-10 p.m. to walk your dogs, and check up on your fur babies! (but if you have any other requests out of that time frame don't hesitate to reach out) I am not offering services in my home at this time. The only services I am offering in home is drop-in visits and overnight pet sitting that would take place at the clients home. Keep in mind that, I keep my calendar updated on the app. :) i am on my summer break from school so i am mostly free anytime, text me and we can talk more about what time suits you best When I sit dogs in a client's home, I make sure they're happy and safe by: Learning Their Routine: I talk to the owner to understand their dog's daily schedule, food, exercise needs, and any special care. Keeping Things Consistent: I stick to the dog's usual routine for feeding, walking, and medication. Exercise and Play: I give them plenty of exercise and playtime based on their energy level. Safety and Comfort: I make sure the home is safe and cozy, keeping doors and gates secure. Love and Attention: I spend lots of time with the dogs, giving them attention and affection. Regular Updates: I send the owner updates, photos, and videos to keep them in the loop. Being Prepared: I know where the nearest vet is and have a plan for emergencies. This way, the dogs are well cared for and their owners can relax knowing their pets are in good hands.
“Erika has been our weekly walker for a few months and takes such good care of my girl, mini! Mini always comes back tired and happy and I know they’ve had a great time together, even though mini can be a bit difficult to walk at times!”

About: I’ve taken care of and been around dogs my whole life. My first job was a dog walking service around my neighborhood growing up! My boyfriend and I have attended many dog training seminars when he was looking into getting a puppy, and I learned lots from them! I currently work part-time, only about 3-4 times a week for a maximum of 5-6 hours at a time. The shifts vary throughout the week, so I have lots of flexibility for pet care! Although my yard isn’t fenced, I have a backyard with grass. I have 2 small cats who are very dog friendly, and have lived with a dog in the past for 2 years! If your fur baby isn’t much of a cat person, my cats have a very large basement which is basically their home anyways, and would have no problem staying down there while I care for your baby for a little bit:)

A Meet & Greet is a short introductory meeting between you, your dog, and a walker. It can take place in person or virtually, although we recommend in-person so that your pet can get to know your walker or the new environment. During the Meet & Greet, you will have a chance to walk through your pet's routine, medical needs, and unique quirks. Take the time to ask your walker questions about their skills and expertise, and make sure the fit feels right for everyone. Most pet parents and walkers on Rover welcome Meet & Greets because the process can give confidence and peace of mind for service experiences, especially for longer stays or first-time bookings.
Key handling is entirely up to you and your sitter to agree on during the Meet & Greet or in the Rover app. Most pet parents in Windsor choose to hand over a spare key or digital fob in person, while others arrange a lockbox or unique access code. Don't forget to discuss key returns as well!
Yes, you can find sitters who have experience administering medication or managing dietary requirements. You can also find pet sitters who accept only one pet at a time, which is ideal for anxious puppies or senior pets who move at a gentler pace. Some sitters will also list availability for 24/7 care, also known as constant care, in their profiles.
Use the search filters to narrow down sitters whose specific experience or environment meets your pet's needs. When reaching out to your sitter, outline your pet's care routine and request a Meet & Greet to walk your sitter through your expectations.
