About: 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages have taught me that every dog really is one-of-a-kind, and I honor all of their unique personalities and needs. I do sincerely respect dogs, but I always have so much fun spending time with them! I’m a student, and I’m busy with class from 12:30-4 M-TH, so I have the most free time during mornings and evenings. I live in an apartment with my very gentle 8 year old poodle, who I’ve noticed is a comforting presence to nervous dogs. I live a very short walk away from a great dog park.

We initially discussed our ask - a few days stay - and agreed to bring over our Lucy for a quick visit. They were very attentive with great questions about Lucy's needs and habits. Lucy decided to be very ill-behaved at the visit and we offered to connect them with our previous sitter to confirm her usual behavior, which they took us up on. When we dropped off Lucy for the stay, she was wagging her tail and went in without a pause! They sent us pics and updates while we were away, which was such a relief and let us enjoy our time with family. When we arrived to pick up Lucy, she barked at the knock like it was her house! A good sign. She was happy to be home, but so much less stressed than if we had boarded her at the commercial place nearby. She was able to go to rescue my baby after a Rover sitter left him home alone while I was out of town due to an “emergency”. Over the years, I’ve looked after pets for friends, family, and neighbours—everything from playful puppies to cats. I’m comfortable administering oral medications and following any special routines your pet may need. My goal is always to make sure your pet feels safe, loved, and right at home while you’re away. I live close to the Riverside and several parks, so daily walks and outdoor adventures are always part of the plan! Whether your dog loves exploring new trails, playing fetch, or taking a relaxed stroll, I’ll make sure they get the exercise and stimulation they need. For cats, I’m happy to provide plenty of playtime, cozy cuddles, and attention at their own pace. You can expect regular updates, photos, and honest communication so you always know how your pet is doing. I am currently in school 4 days a week, Monday to Wednesday taking up 8-9 hours thus I wont be available those days for boarding. However, the remaining days I'm gone a maximum 4 hours and as I have a roommate, someone else is typically home when I'm not!. As someone is almost always at home, your dog/cat gets constant care! I have experience with giving oral medication to dogs, bathing them if needed, and a secure apartment unit!
About: I've been a dog lover my entire life and have helped family and friends care for their dogs many times. I have a large dog that is at my house half of the time, it is possible for me to watch your pet without another dog in the house if necessary. I work from home most of the time and have a very flexible schedule so I am available to play with and walk your pet often. I have a fenced yard and a large breed dog with me half of the time. It is possible for me to care for your pet without alone if necessary.

About: I’ve taken care of and been around dogs my whole life. My first job was a dog walking service around my neighborhood growing up! My boyfriend and I have attended many dog training seminars when he was looking into getting a puppy, and I learned lots from them! I currently work part-time, only about 3-4 times a week for a maximum of 5-6 hours at a time. The shifts vary throughout the week, so I have lots of flexibility for pet care! Although my yard isn’t fenced, I have a backyard with grass. I have 2 small cats who are very dog friendly, and have lived with a dog in the past for 2 years! If your fur baby isn’t much of a cat person, my cats have a very large basement which is basically their home anyways, and would have no problem staying down there while I care for your baby for a little bit:)

About: 10+ years of experience caring for dogs of all breeds, temperaments, sizes and ages have taught me that every dog really is one-of-a-kind, and I honor all of their unique personalities and needs. I do sincerely respect dogs, but I always have so much fun spending time with them! I’m a student, and I’m busy with class from 12:30-4 M-TH, so I have the most free time during mornings and evenings. I live in an apartment with my very gentle 8 year old poodle, who I’ve noticed is a comforting presence to nervous dogs. I live a very short walk away from a great dog park.

We initially discussed our ask - a few days stay - and agreed to bring over our Lucy for a quick visit. They were very attentive with great questions about Lucy's needs and habits. Lucy decided to be very ill-behaved at the visit and we offered to connect them with our previous sitter to confirm her usual behavior, which they took us up on. When we dropped off Lucy for the stay, she was wagging her tail and went in without a pause! They sent us pics and updates while we were away, which was such a relief and let us enjoy our time with family. When we arrived to pick up Lucy, she barked at the knock like it was her house! A good sign. She was happy to be home, but so much less stressed than if we had boarded her at the commercial place nearby. About: I have taken care of dogs since I was a child and am first in line to take care of friends and families pets now that I dont have any of my own. I would love to show your pet the love and care they deserve while they are with me. I have expiriance with puppies and senior dogs and dogs and everything in between. I work remotely monday and Tuesday with the ability to take very regular breaks for walks and playtime. My weekends are free as well and I can take overnight stays easily. My apartment is first level and has easy access to the outside for walks and playtime. There are currently no other pets in my home, so all attention will be given to your best friend.
