About: Неу! My name is Rawan, and I grew up in an animal loving house. My dad was an animal lover, and naturally so am I. I love all types of animals... small rodents, dogs, cats, birds. I love them all. I have been gentle, caring, and loving with animals from a young age. My first ever pet was a hamster, I had two of them. From ages 8-12, and took care of them myself. I would change their litter, feed them, play with them, and of course make sure they were, healthy and happy. I've had two fishes, turtles and 2 dogs as well as taken care of family members dogs and cats for periods of times while they were out of town. I currently have a cat. Who I adore. Keeping Things Consistent: I stick to the dog's usual routine for feeding, walking, and medication. Exercise and Play: I give them plenty of exercise and playtime based on their energy level. Safety and Comfort: I make sure the home is safe and cozy, keeping doors and gates secure. Love and Attention: I spend lots of time with the dogs, giving them attention and affection. Regular Updates: I send the owner updates, photos, and videos to keep them in the loop. Being Prepared: I know where the nearest vet is and have a plan for emergencies. This way, the dogs are well cared for and their owners can relax knowing their pets are in good hands.

I love walking through neighbourhoods with big shade trees rustling, admiring flowerbeds with monarchs + bumblebees, listening to the birds singing songs ( especially Cardinals). Giving dogs sniffing time is so important for their mental well-being, just like us! After my two Ridgebacks, I fell in love with RESCUING Coonhounds. Beau Beauregard, Zellie Zoo Zoo + Belvey Belvedere have all crossed the beautiful Rainbow Bridge to be with my son, Mark—Forever 16; 2017. 🌈 Every one of these losses has taught me more lessons about love, patience + giving of SELF through the privilege of caring for another living being. As an RN of over 30 years, mum to my children and pets, I do not take special needs lightly. I am calm, patient, observant + affectionate, and I am very comfortable following detailed routines, medication instructions, including oral medications + giving injections. I know how important routine toileting is + attentive personal care. If a pet wears briefs, I am a bit obsessed about keeping them clean, dry + comfortable while protecting their dignity because of my years of caring for our sweet boy Belvey Belvedere. I can handle doggies who need an increase in FREQUENCY of visits (like every 2 hours) for more frequent attention, potty opportunities + brief changes. My nursing experience has also taught me to pay attention to changes in behaviour, appetite, special diets, mobility + overall well-being. Before long, I develop a deep bond with my furry friends—and I miss them when our time together ends. If you need me to stay in your home, I am more than happy to watch over your pets, home, mail, garbage/recycling, indoor plants, lawn + gardens. About: My family has always had some pet in our house over the last 10 years. I love animals and have a calm lab of my own! I currently work from home, so I have tons of time to spare. I take my dog on daily walks and also tons of free play in the backyard. I have a fenced yard and a very friendly energetic 5 year old pup to keep your pet company. I am also able to take care of senior dogs, giving medication and various diets.

About: I have had many animals growing up, and have always been the one to care for them, even as a child! I love going for walks, playing games, even bathing and overall care of animals. I’ve had 3 dogs, and even many fish! With my parents dog, Viola, I love to play a game of Hide and Seek, it keeps her entertained for foreverrr! I do not have any formal education when it comes to pet training or care, but I have much knowledge through my own experience and research. I do not have a pet of my own at the moment, but I wanted to still care for others pets. I’m a huge animal lover, animals of any kind! I'm a graduated Veterinary Technician from St. Clair College with professional experience in medicating, feeding, grooming, and more, and have been in the field for about 3 years now. From chickens, pigeons, rabbits and mice, to cats and dogs, and even the occasional gecko, I've had the privilege of getting to care for all kinds of loved animals. While working a full time job as a veterinary technician, my schedule can fluctuate, but my typical availability is below! About: I am a total animal lover and will give your dog the best care I can provide! I am a university student who is home most of the day for most of the week and would love a chance to take a study break and get up and walk or play with your dog! I have pet sit for large, medium, and small dogs as well as cats and kittens and always love every minute of it. I've got a fairly large fenced in yard where your dog can enjoy the outside and run around and play, I think animals are the best way to add a little joy in your life and I would love the chance to give some love to as many animals as I can.

About: I've been lucky; I grew up in the county surrounded by pets of all kinds: dogs, cats, fish, birds, even a hamster or two. Some of these pets followed me into adulthood, and I'm now a proud pet-dad to a beagle/pug mix (Gene) and two rescue cats (Zero & Rosie). I foster animals when I can, and have a long history working with strays, rescues and rehabilitations-- so it's fair to say I'm patient and comfortable with animals who need that extra bit of care. Pre-pandemic, I was involved in walking and pet-sitting for a private veterinary client over a period of three years, and now that I'm living in Tecumseh I'm excited to start up again! I'm a full-time chef by trade, and returning to university for a degree in data management. Since I primarily set my own schedule, I'm able to be flexible; and that leaves plenty of time to care for you and your furry family! In the home, I find it's a good practice to be prepared, respectful and considerate with peoples' time and property; I'll always strive to leave the home in as good-or better- condition than I find it. I'll take in your mail, check the house for pet messes, and always lock up before I leave! About: I have been taking care of friends and families pets for years now growing up and have always enjoyed it. Most recently doing daily check ins for my friends cat and greyhound! I’m currently a student working part-time who is about to enter summer, so my schedule is going to be very open to help take care of your pets! I am extremely alert when walking pets and ensure that all gear is properly secured (snug and not loose.) I also always take into consideration feeding/treat preferences when on the walks.

About: I’ve taken care of and been around dogs my whole life. My first job was a dog walking service around my neighborhood growing up! My boyfriend and I have attended many dog training seminars when he was looking into getting a puppy, and I learned lots from them! I currently work part-time, only about 3-4 times a week for a maximum of 5-6 hours at a time. The shifts vary throughout the week, so I have lots of flexibility for pet care! Although my yard isn’t fenced, I have a backyard with grass. I have 2 small cats who are very dog friendly, and have lived with a dog in the past for 2 years! If your fur baby isn’t much of a cat person, my cats have a very large basement which is basically their home anyways, and would have no problem staying down there while I care for your baby for a little bit:)
