“Kita was absolutely fantastic looking after my cat. I got regular updates with photos. I got detailed updates of what she did during the visit. My cat clearly really like her. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.”

About: Hi my name is Emily, I’ve had dogs and cats my entire life and enjoy having my own today. I have a Lab Lilybean who is 5years old, she loves people food and all attention. I also have 3 cats Sammy Serna and Greyson (all fixed) who are really calm chill and relaxed with other dogs. If medication is needed to be provided I can do pills only as injections are a fear of my own. Since I’m currently not working I’ve put my focus into taking care of myself and the animals around me. I take Lilybean out 3-4 times a day and enjoy snuggle times with all the animals. I’ve taken a couple years break from the app but ready to provide all the love towards your animals! Training and cleanliness of the house. I constantly have training treats on me to help with sitting, lying down and the basic commands. As Lily has gotten older she’s become more obedient loving and caring! I can provide space within the apartment I live in. Daily activities indoor or outdoor.

“Emily is great with Mötley. He's a high energy Aussie and by the end of her visits, he's tuckered out. I also love the Rover cards left by her with how the visit went as well as pictures.”

About: I have had a menagerie since highschool, 4 dogs two of which were rescues, 3 cats, a bearded dragon and a tortoise all under one roof. I miss them all dearly since I moved back down south so I’m looking to share the love again I am currently working part time and have little hours from my job, so my availability is wide open for the most part. I can probably look after pets at least 4 times per week Regardless of where I am, I respect both the space (if it is not my own) and the animal. I want absolute comfort for any animal I look after. They will get an abundance of attention and affection depending on their individual needs. Feeding on time, bathing if they get dirty, and looking after the home as a side thing.
About: Have two small female dogs of my own which are super friendly and can be kept separated if need be. Previously have had cats and former roommate has had cats. Have had birds. Have a flexible schedule. Willing to house sit on an as needed basis in Welland, St. Catharine’s, Niagara and surrounding areas as long as it accessible by bus service. Sundays are the only days in which I cannot commute into and out of Welland easily. Live close the Welland canal and off leash dog park. Love all types of dog regardless of size and am able to take for long walks and exercise as I am home majority of the time with very few days of unavailability. I am reliable and willing to work around your schedule should you need someone to be able to just do a quick pop in to take your dog a for a walk or need someone to feed your pets.
“Paige was great and followed instructions perfectly. Dogs were looked after and there was no mess in the house to worry about while we were on a short vacation. Thanks for the great photos and open line of communication!”

About: Nice to meet you! My name is Chelsea, I am a 32-year-old Law Clerk, looking to make some extra money to save for a house! I am very responsible, reliable, trustworthy, and I absolutely LOVE animals! I have volunteered at the SPCA working with a variety of animals, gaining all the experience that comes along with it. DOGS: I am comfortable with any dog type. Big, small, friendly, shy, energetic, lazy- you name it! I can handle any breed, from a Chihuahua to a Great Dane. I can tire out your energetic pooch, or sit down and relax with your fur baby, and make them feel safe and comfortable. My mother also had her own dog walking business, and I thought that with the experience I gained helping her, I could start to help my local friends in the Niagara Region! CATS: I understand that cats need care tailored to their unique personalities - whether that means quiet companionship, playful interaction, or just sticking to their routines. I'm patient and attentive, making sure each cat feels safe and comfortable in their own space. What sets me apart is my ability to read their body language, respect their boundaries and build trust at their pace, so even shy or independent cats feel cared for. I also have two cats of my own, so I understand their quirks and routines! I do work full-time, so I offer pet care part-time during the evening and weekends. This gives me the perfect balance to dedicate focused, quality time to your pets. I make sure each visit, walk or overnight stay fits smoothly into my routine, so your dog or cat gets reliable, consistent care without me being rushed or distracted. ***If you live close by, I can fit in a lunchtime dog walk/feed between 12-1 or 1-2! *** When I care for pets in your home, I treat it with the same respect as my own. I will follow your routines closely to make sure your dog or cat feels safe and comfortable in their familiar environment. Whether its walks, feeding or crate time, I’ll provide reliable, loving care while keeping your home secure.

I love all pets including small mammals, reptiles, amphibians and birds. My official (and professional) education is in Ecology, which I went into because I care deeply for those who can’t speak for themselves. I’m compassionate, patient, and reliable. I promise you your pet will be well taken care of with me! I’m currently searching for full time work, so my schedule is very flexible and open! Please let me know of any specific scheduling requirements your pet needs (i.e., feeding, administering medicine, walks) prior to booking. Just like people, animals all have different personalities and requirements! I am very understanding and patient of all animals and their needs. I would love to know any of your pets quirks so I can ensure they are comfortable while getting to know me.

About: Hi, I’m Sara — a lifelong animal lover with three dogs of my own and a lifetime of experience caring for cats. Animals have always been a huge part of my life, and I know how important it is to feel confident that your pets are safe, loved, and cared for while you’re away. As a dog mom to three pups, I understand different personalities, routines, energy levels, and the little quirks that make each pet special. I’ve also had cats my entire life, including caring for a diabetic cat who required daily insulin injections, so I’m very comfortable with special routines, extra attention, and pets who need a little more care and patience. Whether your pet needs walks, cuddles, playtime, feeding, medication support, or just calm companionship, I’ll treat them like they’re my own. I’m patient, reliable, and attentive, and I always make sure pets feel comfortable, secure, and loved and I’m always happy to provide updates, photos, and check-ins so you can relax knowing your fur babies are in good hands! Your pets’ comfort and happiness will always be my priority. Pet care is already part of my daily routine with my three dogs. I’m used to feeding, walks, playtime, cuddles, and keeping pets on a consistent schedule. I care for pets by following their usual routine as closely as possible, whether that’s in my home or yours. I make sure they feel safe, comfortable, and loved with feeding, fresh water, walks, playtime, cuddles, litter care, and regular updates so you know they’re happy and well cared for.
About: Hi, my name is Tiffany. I love all kinds of animals and have a lot of experience caring for different pets. I currently own 2 little rat babes and am a dog mom to a Great Pyrenees puppy. I am in love with big dogs, the bigger the better! I grew up in a home that has constantly had pets and I couldn't picture my life without a furbaby. My life has revolved around animals and their wellbeing. I have done a co-op course at a Vets office in the past and learned so many new things for the 6 months that I was there, it was an experience like no other. With all my knowledge I am positive your pet will have a blast and make a new friend in me!

I have worked with many dogs who need extra care and time to get comfortable with new people, dogs and environments at their own pace.
About: Growing up with dogs certainly makes a lot of difference. Although I do not have any professional per se experience but being a dog owner has definitely made me realize how other dog owners feel. We all want the same thing, our beautiful, furry friends to get the happiness and health they deserve. And when you're too busy with your jobs to provide them attention, that's what I am here for. With me near your dogs, you won't have to worry about anything. I have also given my four dogs training and handled them since they were babies. Being in this profession is not just about making money, it is also for doing what I love the most- taking care of dogs. Given me a chance, your dog will feel safe, nourished and happy. I am a full time architectural technologist looking for some extra income. That being said, being a pet owner myself I realize how anxiety inducing it can be to leave your pets alone. My main goal would be to provide a healthy and safe environment for your pets in your absence. Although I live in a duplex, I have access to the front and back yard and the neighborhood I live in is extremely pet friendly with dog parks on a 10 minute walking distance. I can easily create separate spaces for multiple pets and take them out on walks as required.

About: No request from you is too big!! My husband and I live in the middle of Welland. I started a not-for-profit dog rescue (Red Dog Rescue) from my home. We have saved 500 dogs off the streets of Texas since January 2020 and re-homed them here in Ontario. I left it late 2021 as the stress was too much but I do still foster the occasional dog! We own 5 rescue dogs total: 1. Bulldog (named KD) 2. Beagle (Lucy) 3. Collie (Kody) 4. Husky (Pretzel) 5. Bulldog (Silver) We go for walks, runs, hiking on trails and trips to the park daily! We do not go to dog parks due to the risk of incidents. We believe a tired dog is a good dog. Frozen peanut butter or treats in Kong's are given MINIMUM daily depending on allergies/sensitivities. Our love for these animals is unending and all dog guests are treated like our own. We live a very active lifestyle but are willing to tone it down to care for sick/old dogs as well. Contagious sicknesses however we cannot accept due to the high amount of dogs we have coming and going. We have a private dog area for dogs that are not socialized/aggressive but can only take 1 at a time. All dogs are “puppies” in our house, no matter how old they are. Corey and Robyn are Paramedics however Robyn now works from home while on mat leave, so someone is usually always home. We both know first aid and CPR for dogs, as well as any wound care and are willing to take the dog to a vet of your choice if needed, but are able to determine if the dog needs to go to the closest facility in case of an emergency. We both have experience with pilling animals and treating wounds, as well as we can do injections, first aid and CPR. Robyn worked at a vet clinic for 6 years with cats and dogs. She opened a grooming clinic in the downstairs of the vet. Her motto is “no dog left behind” and people brought the most aggressive dogs to her to be trained how to behave and relax/enjoy grooming. Dogs that other groomers turned away. She taught horseback riding lessons to kids and grew up owning one hundred free range hens. She grew up with family dogs as well. She has experience with zoo animals and reptiles having completed the Animal Care Program at Sheridan College. She also used to volunteer grooming at the SPCA in Hamilton as well. Corey grew up with dogs in his house his whole life. His favorite breed is Boxer, but he loves all breeds. Corey is very active. He does CrossFit and soccer and loves to run, but he prefers to do so with the company of a pooch, big or small. One day we hope to move to Texas to rescue dogs as there is a bad crisis of overpopulation there. We are also learning Spanish, this way when the funding is there we plan to drive down to Mexico to assist with the overpopulation of dogs and educating people about the importance of spaying/neutering their pets. Corey’s parents own three of the dogs we fostered in the past from Texas. We were both shift workers so we are happy to do crazy drop off/pick up times, being available 24/7 for those on night shifts! Give us a chance and we will do what we can to accommodate your pet! :) Big or small we love them all! #nodogleftbehind #spayandneuter #adoptdontshop Robyn is usually home all day as she works from home stepping out every so often for a quick appointment. Corey is home every evening/night and usually does evening walks/feeding. We have a large 6.5 ft solid wooden fenced in yard with patio stones, straw and wood chips to avoid mud! Concrete around the edges to avoid any escaping. Three of our dogs are well socialized and love to play! The other two we keep separate. We have a "cat room" and when the dogs are outside playing the cats roam the home! We rotate dogs/cats all day long when they stay with us to make sure everyone gets an adequate time to play/nap. Our dogs are crate trained but if your dog is well trained we can let them roam the home at night while ours sleep in the "doggie room".
“Holly has come to check-in on my two cats multiple times now. She is so incredible every time. I have a very shy cat and she let's Holly pet her—which is so rare!! Holly always takes such good care of the cats so that I don't ever have to worry when I'm away. I recommend her for all your pet sitting needs wholeheartedly!”

About: I’ve had animals my whole life, as for right now I am travelling on and off and therefore cannot have my own furry friend. But in the meantime would love to go on walks and take care of yours! I have plenty of availability when I’m not travelling! When I’m not travelling or volunteering to help youth or other animal programs, I am doing this! When watching the pets taking them out, playing with them, allowing them to eat on time is very important. A healthy balance of everything is what they need!

Miryam did an amazing job caring for our two cats during our honeymoon. She was able to befriend our shy boy and is an excellent communicator. We appreciated the updates we received with each visit. Our home was well cared for while we were away. And she was able to give our eldest cat his puffers.

Noor was amazing! Our cats are very shy and usually give us a hard time when meeting new people, so we were nervous about leaving them but Noor was so diligent and loving with them that they warmed up to her quickly. Noor has definitely earned us as loyal customers!
