About: Have two small female dogs of my own which are super friendly and can be kept separated if need be. Previously have had cats and former roommate has had cats. Have had birds. Have a flexible schedule. Willing to house sit on an as needed basis in Welland, St. Catharine’s, Niagara and surrounding areas as long as it accessible by bus service. Sundays are the only days in which I cannot commute into and out of Welland easily. Live close the Welland canal and off leash dog park. Love all types of dog regardless of size and am able to take for long walks and exercise as I am home majority of the time with very few days of unavailability. I am reliable and willing to work around your schedule should you need someone to be able to just do a quick pop in to take your dog a for a walk or need someone to feed your pets.

About: Animals have always been a huge part of our lives. We cared for our dog for 12.5 wonderful years, including supporting him through diabetes for the last 1.5 years of his life. Through daily walks, medication routines, and lots of love, we learned how deeply meaningful caring for a dog truly is. After losing him, we miss the joy that dogs bring—walking, cuddling, and the unconditional love they share. Pet sitting allows us to give that love and care back to other families. Daily walks are always included in our fee and we will cater the length to whatever your dog is used to. Walks/Drop in visits: I work a rotating schedule and have many weekdays off. Please message to check availability! We walk nearly every weeknight anyways so we would love to incorporate dogs into our routine. Boarding: we both work full time in the office 4 days a week. Dogs must be able to be left alone in the day on weekdays. Weeknights and weekends we are both home. We would love to spend our evenings and weekends caring for your pets. Whether it’s walks, weekend drop-ins, or overnight stays here at our home, your dog will be treated like family. We are a child-free, pet-free, smoke-free home, offering a calm and stress-free environment. My husband and I used to walk our own dog every single day, and he’ll be joining me in caring for the dogs who stay or visit. About: I have owned dachshunds for over 20 years, often having multiple dogs. I presently have two senior cats and have used Rover to take care of them when I am away. As a retired health care worker and owner of a cat with complex needs,I am comfortable with giving medications both oral and injectable. I enjoy walking small to medium size dogs, and especially love doggie cuddles! My availability is quite flexible and am open to last minute requests. As a retiree, I am free most weekdays from early morning until 7 pm and occasional weekends. I am happy to do multiple visits and the occasional overnight in my home. I am willing to visit the pets home ensuring they are fed, watered, and have a clean living space. I am happy to take dogs for leisurely walks at their pace and distance. My own yard, should I watch them here is completely fenced in with very few stairs. And of course, lots of cuddles!

Although I live in a duplex, I have access to the front and back yard and the neighborhood I live in is extremely pet friendly with dog parks on a 10 minute walking distance. I can easily create separate spaces for multiple pets and take them out on walks as required.

Trained in basic grooming, washing, nail trimming. Experienced in basic training, behavioural and socializing techniques and skills.
