“Akelia is a very loving and lively girl. Very respectful to not only me but also my home and my animals. I have 2 dogs that have had a bad experience with a groomer wich left them traumatized and untrusting of people including myself and my family for a while. Within the first day one of my dogs were cuddling up to her, and by a few weeks both of my dogs were in love with her. I also have a very skittish cat, that was comfortable enough to allow Akelia to pet her by the first few days. Currently after months of Akelia's care she comes running the moment she hears her voice. My cat also has a few allergies, Akelia has been great on following instructions regarding her allergy restrictions and administering her daily needed medicine. Akelia is very great with my animals, and incredibly trustworthy. I definitely recommend her.”

“I had to request Michelle last minute cause my usual sitter couldn't make it. I was nervous as there was no time for a meet and greet to show her where things were or explain things. She did a wonderful job of following my text instructions and requests. I got a very detailed rover card write up and many photos that put me at ease. About: I have 7 years professional experience working with animals. I started my career in dog rescue, then moved onto manager of a dog daycare, pet retail and most recently lead receptionist at a busy downtown veterinary clinic. I understand that every single dog is different and as such, so are their needs, quirks and comfort levels. In particular, I have a lot of experience with rescues, nervous and stressed dogs and those with more complex personalities. I am confident working with reactive and leash frustrated dogs and those undergoing training. I am skilled at reading dog body language towards both people and dogs and I am a firm believer in positive reinforcement. I am flexible in my own behaviour as different dogs respond better to different mannerisms etc. and it is important to me to build relationships with dogs based on trust and mutual respect. I have a senior rescue beagle and a two rescue cats, so pet care is built into my daily routine. The first thing I do when I wake up is take my dog on a walk and it’s the last thing I do before I go to sleep. I have a fully secure fenced back yard for your pup to roam around in. My dog is a sweet older guy who will keep your pup company.

About: Hi, my name is Tiffany. I love all kinds of animals and have a lot of experience caring for different pets. I currently own 2 little rat babes and am a dog mom to a Great Pyrenees puppy. I am in love with big dogs, the bigger the better! I grew up in a home that has constantly had pets and I couldn't picture my life without a furbaby. My life has revolved around animals and their wellbeing. I have done a co-op course at a Vets office in the past and learned so many new things for the 6 months that I was there, it was an experience like no other.
