About: I’ve always had a passion for dogs and started walking and caring for pets at a young age. I can guarantee that I will love and care for your pet more than anyone else would. I am currently waiting to start my new job which only starts at the end of this summer so I have a bunch of free time! I will fit in as much of pet care into my schedule as possible! I have a vehicle so this also makes it easy to commute to and from your home. I provide personalized care for your pets in the comfort of their own home. I follow their routines for feeding, walks, playtime, and quiet companionship, and I’m comfortable administering medications or injections if needed. I make sure your pets feel safe, happy, and loved, while keeping their home tidy and giving you peace of mind.

About: For as long as I can remember, I have always loved all pets and animals. Growing up in Italy, my family always loved to have a non-human family member to take care of. My fondest childhood memories were playing with our labrador retriever, Lola, and later adopting another dog named Spenk (named after a popular anime cartoon charater in Italy at the time) in my adolescence. We also had pet chipmunks at one time! I continued living with and taking care of dogs while I lived with host families in Austrailia and New Zealand in my 20s. When I moved to Canada and later met my now-wife, she was a dogsitter through Rover. It was through her that I was able to discover this opportunity and help her with the various responsibilities that came with petsitting. I find taking care of pets in this way to be so rewarding - it boosted my mood, and helped get me moving! Unfortunately, my wife is no longer able to continue being a petsitter due to the committments of her current full-time job. However, since moving to the National Capital Region, we have regularly watched our friends' pets, both at our house and theirs. We both agree, that we really hope to have a pet of our own one day, but for now the best way to fill that void is for me to continue petsitting. I always find it so exciting to have a new "friend" be apart of my day that I can't help but give them my undivided attention. No matter this age, size, or energy level of your pet, I will always stive to give them the exact amount of play, walks, bathroom breaks, treats, and overall attention they may need. We're very lucky to live in a very walk-able neighbourhood near the Gatineau River and Lac Leamy, so regular walks are doable. Pet owners need to have a great deal of trust in their petsitters. Whenever I watch pets, I love to have constant communication with the owner - sending them regular updates and photos throughout the day. Even if their pet is having no problems and seemingly a very happy time, it's still important that the owners know that so they feel more at ease. We thankfully have a very large backyard which would make bathroom breaks very easy, however, at the moment our yard is not fenced, so I would only feel comfortable taking them on bathroom breaks both on-leash and supervised. We're very lucky to live in a very walk-able neighbourhood near the Gatineau River and Lac Leamy, so regular walks are doable. Additionally, we live in a bungalow with a door that closes, so we can block off stairs if that is also a concern for you.

I’m currently working a full time job from 830am to 430pm on Mondays to Fridays. I am very flexible outside of those hours if you need someone trustworthy to watch over your pet. Your pet’s safety comes first. I always use secure leashes, check gates and doors, and keep a close eye on them. About: Je m'occupe de chiens depuis mes 11 ans, je vis en ce moment avec un chiwawa de 11 ans et un chiot Pitsky (mix de pitbull et de husky) de 13 semaines. About: Hello my name is Tina, I have been pet sitting since 2018 I work from home permanently in the financial industry therefor I am always home to take good care of your fury best friend. I am very experienced with all kinds of different breeds, every trigger and high energy. As said in my intro, I do work from home so I am always able to take the dogs outside to play and go for a walk and give them all the attention they need. I have a terrace outside to play, many toys and dog bed. I have a dog park 5 mins away and good area to walk.

About: I’ve been watching dogs for 7 years now. I love all types of dogs. But the first dog I ever got close to was a pitbull. He was the first over night dog sit/house sit. I ever did, the couple would travel often due to work. So I would dog sit about 2/3 times a week. I did that for about two years and gained a lot of experience with dogs due to that job. I also find dog walking a great way to stay healthy and active with out it feeling like a work out. I’ve enjoyed dogging sitting ever since I started and don’t plan to stop. I’m currently a full time student online so I’m looking to make cash while staying active and happy and what a better way than to pet sit. I’ve loved animal since I was a little girl so being around them always brings me joy and as you’ll see they take a liking to me as well. Even the pups you think won’t, always end up loving me as well. I live in a very spacious one bedroom apartment with a balcony alone so they always feel free and nice fresh air. There is a courtyard in my building that is dog friendly and three dog parks near my building as well. So they will always have room to run and be themselves. I am a full time online student so I would be spending my whole day with your pups. They would always be in great care with love and attention. I have a nice courtyard in my building that’s pet friendly and they can play and I also have three dog parks in my area. Where they can run around and meet new pups if allowed I am currently an full time online student so I would be with your pup the whole day.
