“Charlanne is incredible with my puppy Dalton. Her calming presence made Dalton feel comfortable and he warmed up to her right away. It is very apparent that Charlanne gives so much love to Dalton and treats him as her own. It gives me such relief to know that my pup is getting great care while I am away. Dalton loves arriving at Charlanne’s and is tuckered out by the end of the day! She keeps him active which is much appreciated. Charlanne is great with communication and always keeps me up-to-date through messages, videos and pictures. I highly recommend Charlanne!”

Whether it is walks, playtime or cuddles, I treat every pet like my own. Let me help keep your pet comfortable and cared for while you are away! I'm working from home, so I have plenty of time during the day to take care of your pup! We can go for daily walks and more frequent potty breaks based on your pup's needs. I have a small fenced back yard, not very large but good enough for quick potty breaks or fulfill sudden zoomies! I also have a very lovely pup to company your fur baby. She is extremely friendly and loves playing and running around with other dogs.

About: I run a private pet sitting business outside of Rover. I don’t have many ratings on here because most of my business comes from people who know me, and word of mouth. I’m happy to provide references. I recently lost my 14.5 year old husky and I loved him more than anything in the world. :( Animals are so special and they deserve the best care. I have a lot of experience with senior dogs. I left my life and job in Toronto just to move my dog back home to the farm where he was the happiest, and I’ve spent the last 5 months just taking care of him. Your pet won’t just receive mediocre care with me, they will receive the BEST care! There is lots of space for them to run around outdoors and beautiful trails for us to walk, but I will of course keep them on a leash unless otherwise specified by the owner. I understand the anxiety of leaving your precious pet with a stranger. I am an overprotective animal parent, and all your requests will be adhered to. Your pet will never be left unattended. They will be cared for the entire time. The fear of something happening to your pet while you’re away is everyone’s worst nightmare, but rest assured , I am aware of signs to look for in an emergency. I will contact you right away, and will have no issues taking them for immediate care. Your pet will be in the best hands possible, I can assure you of that :) I am currently not working due to the loss of my pet, so all of my time will be dedicated to your pet. :) I will be starting to work every other weekend at the end of March, but other than that, I am open. I will only do drop in visits, or walking in London, because I go there often, or within 15 minutes of where I live, unless you are ok with paying extra for gas. I couldn’t adjust my settings to accommodate this unfortunately. I think I covered most of this in my pet care experience paragraph, but I live on a big farm. I have a decent sized dog crate here if needed/preferred, but I’m happy to have your pet inside with me, or to visit your home. I put a $50 drop off/pick up fee, as I wasn’t sure what the distance would be, but I am open to discussing rates for this depending on distance.
