About: I’ve grown up with animals and valued them deeply since the beginning. I’ve had and been around dogs with a variety of behavioural issues and do well with them, I’m comfortable and capable of administering medications when needed and understand accidents happen! Your home will be accident free. I maintain a consistent Monday to Friday work schedule, which allows me to offer reliable and regular care for your beloved pets. This fixed routine ensures that I can provide a stable presence, minimizing disruption to your pet's daily life and giving you peace of mind knowing they are in dependable hands. I’m very passionate about the wellbeing and respect for all animals, I’ve been an animal person since I was very young and don’t even see that changing. I’ll treat your dog like my own and care and protect him or her from any and all dangers.

“Jared was an excellent house-sitter keeping our two cats company whilst we were on vacation. He met us for a meet and greet at short notice which made us feel super comfortable to leave our pets in his hands. Both our cats were calm and happy when we returned so we know he took great care of them. Will definitely book with Jared again.”

“Jennean was amazing with our Finnigan for a 10 day trip. She even cleaned the house for us and did the bedding, which we were not expecting. She is a friendly and lovely lady and communicated very well and we had no issues. We have already booked her for the next trip. We recommend her highly!”

About: I’ve had the privilege of sharing my life with a wide variety of animals, each with their own unique needs, temperaments, and routines. From energetic puppies to aging pets needing mobility support or daily medication, I’ve learned to meet animals where they are and adapt to what makes them feel safe, understood, and cared for. Over the years, I’ve worked with many dog breeds—German Shepherds, Dobermans, Golden Retrievers, Australian Shepherds, Belgian Shepherds, Pugs, and more—each requiring a different approach to training, exercise, and affection. I’ve helped deliver and raise two litters of puppies, and I’m especially attentive to the subtleties of senior pet care, where patience and consistency make all the difference. What truly sets me apart is the depth and diversity of my hands on experience, combined with a calm, intuitive presence that helps animals feel at ease. I don’t just "watch" pets, I connect with them, learn their language, and build trust in a way that’s both respectful and responsive to their individual needs. Pet care fits naturally into my daily life. I’ve recently been a stay at home pet mom, so caring for animals is already a big part of my routine. I work casually at the hospital, which means I set my own schedule and have complete flexibility. I’m available pretty much 24/7, including last-minute bookings, I would just need to account for travel time. As my partner has been working from home more, I’ve found myself with extra time and energy to support others and their pets. Whether it’s daily walks, check-ins, or longer stays, I’m able to offer consistent, compassionate care whenever it's needed. Since I don’t board pets at my place, all of my care happens in your home or out on walks—and I take that responsibility seriously. I'll stick to your pet’s usual routine to keep things familiar and stress free, whether that means feeding, giving meds, playtime, or just hanging out for some company.

“Andrea was great and kept us up to date. I believe Betsey has a new best friend. I would not hesitate to get her again she took care of the plants and the house looked lovely when we got back home.”

“Ryan was so good to Sade 😊he treated her like his own . She met a boyfriend that she got to play with the whole time . Ryan thanks again for making sure Sade had everything she needed.😊”

About: My experience with pet care involves my household animals as well as sitting I’ve done in the past. At my house right now, I own 3 indoor cats and 1 German shepherd dog! This leads to a very busy household with a very highly active dog and needy indoor cats. We love our house being busy with animals and have never had a home without animals. Before our German shepherd we owned a flat coated retriever which was a breed my fathers mother actually brought to Canada as our family used to show dogs and we briefly showed our flat coat in dog shows as well. Overall, I am just an animal lover and treat my pets like family. I currently work part-time as a server so my availability is super super flexible. I can easily switch shifts if needed to make it work with what you’re needing. In my home, my dog has a backyard where we love to play fetch, he also has a doggie pool so he can cool off when hot. My cats also have a cat tree and lots of toys. They also have dog/cat beds to have a safe space to sleep. There are also multiple water dishes around the house to keep them hydrated.

“Xana’s place is very pet friendly with a large fenced backyard. She was very communicative throughout the whole process and sent videos to ensure me that my dogs were having a good time. We did a meet and greet prior so my dogs were happy to show up!”

About: * Use this link for 20% off your first service: https://www.rover.com/sit/hollyd98614 * Hello Pet Parents! My name is Holly and I am a 26 year old working professional who has always adored animals. I have had dogs and cats my whole life, and also grew up on a farm with horses, rabbits, cows, and even a donkey at one point! I volunteered at a rescue farm and co-oped at a veterinary clinic in high school, and have experience giving different types of oral medication to both dogs and cats, trimming nails, and providing basic training. I currently live in a small apartment with my 2 cats and am always missing my parents' giant dogs back home in Ontario, so I'm hoping to fill my time caring for (and snuggling with) some furry friends to help cure my dog-sick heart! I am very active and enjoy going for walks and hikes in the area and would love to be able to bring a pet-in-need along! I am a hardworking, reliable individual and I really do believe that all pets are family and should be treated as such, with love and respect. Please consider me for any dog-walking or home visit needs :) Give your pets a cuddle for me! I work full-time but during the week I work from home and the hours are short and flexible. I do also work some longer shifts on weekends but those are scheduled far in advance, therefore I would likely not accept requests for days I know I will be gone 8-12 hours. I treat all pets as if they are my own - with love, compassion, and respect. I understand that every animal is different and has different needs, quirks, and tendencies and their care should be adjusted accordingly. Whenever I enter a client's home I make sure to respect their rules and belongings, and remember that I am coming into the pet's space and need to initially proceed with caution and earn their trust. Care should be fun but safe!

“First time using a dog sitter; we were very fortunate to find such an attentive, caring person in Donna to look after our dog, Mr T. We will definitely use her again!!! Thanks Donna.”
