My favorite pets to care for are the ones who take a little longer to come around and show their love! I work full time within Kingston, with a reliable vehicle to ensure local visits or visits outside town are timely and your pets are happy while you're away! I have a flexible schedule and can make time for walks or visits anytime. I have a large yard and one big friendly dog. He absolutely loves everyone he meets but is also good at giving space to those who need it. He's great at reading social queues from other pups and cats. I live on a quiet country road that makes for great walks. I tend to let our dog on our furniture but are fine to keep to your rules for furniture. In your home, I'll follow your set routine for your pets.

About: I’ve had both cats and dogs my entire life and have always loved being around animals. In addition to caring for my own pets, I’ve regularly looked after pets for friends and family, including feeding, walking, playing, and providing lots of attention and care. I’m currently finishing my summer semester of school, I’m hoping to get a remote job so I can work from anywhere while taking care of your pets! As of now I have wide open availability! About: I grew up in a household that always had a family dog and I now have a dog of my own. My last family dog lived to 16 so am familiar with a senior dog lifestyle. In comparison my current dog Nova (4.5 yrs) I have raised alone from a puppy. She is a collie lab mix with lots of energy! I work from home and have a very flexible job that allows me to take a hour lunch break to go for a long walk with my dog. I have an acre and a half of land. About one acre has a inground electric fence that I have trained my dog on. If I have guest dogs I suggest a long lead if they are a flight risk or I have a spare collar for dog parents that agree to training with the fence ( I have flags and the collar beeps in warning to the perimeter). I give lots of affection throughout the day to pets and if I have a snack usually means my furry friend will as well.

About: growing up as a child I had all types of animals and my love for them has grown into my adulthood even more. I have a passion for learning and understanding all different types of animals. My experience in Pet Care is from having my own pets and caring for family, friends and volunteering over the years I work part time on Rover before or after my full time job as a baker! If I work morning shifts; I can provide any type of my services starting as of 12pm to 6pm. If I work afternoon shifts; I can provide any type of my services starting as of 4am to 11:25am. My schedule as a baker does change every 2 weeks but is very flexible so Don’t be afraid to message. I will happily answer all your questions and schedule a meet and greet when best for you! I would love to put all my attention and love on taking care of your fur baby(s) I have a border collie mixed with Australian shepherd named max and my roommate has a rescued jack Russell, named Jack:) they are my pride and joy, also my parents have two dogs of their own that I love to train when I go and see them. I have a big fenced in yard and live by a lot of trails so I wouldn’t mind taking walks with your fur baby(s) when they stay at my place!

I am currently in my summer break (May-Sept). while writing up my research paper draft, I will be flexible with my schedule 7 days a week 6:00am-10:00pm for dog walking. I have full G license with my own vehicle. For dog walking, I focus on safety, consistency, and calm handling. Before each walk, I confirm the dog’s routine, leash or harness setup, energy level, triggers, and any special instructions. I also apply what I learned from Fear Free shelter and boarding/daycare training by paying close attention to body language, fear-anxiety-stress signals, arousal level, thresholds, and environmental triggers. I check that equipment is secure, choose safe routes, avoid unnecessary dog to dog interactions, and adjust the pace to the dog’s comfort level. About: 10 years plus experience with dogs. I teach commands. Better behaviours and socialization with other dogs. Your pets will be tired out and full of love in my care. I will send pictures and updates through my entire time with your babies. My apartment has a dog park right in the back of the building! I’m currently working part time so have plenty of time for your beautiful fur babies. There will be routine as I work from home and am able to leave the desk. I only work a few hours a day.
