“From the first time I visited Nadina, it was clear she knew animals and in particular dogs. I was greeted with a very friendly and careful approach. Amazingly, she has 2 Portuguese waterdog, just like my Charlie! Nadina had the perfect hand to get the dogs befriended quickly. Nadina, Bea, Vasco and the whole family have been great hosts and friends for Charlie. When you leave abroad for a long period such as 2-3 weeks, knowing your best friend is in good caring hands and having fun is an important peace of mind. I highly recommend Nadina! About: I have taken care of dogs since I was about 7 years old my family has always had dogs and cats. I have also worked at Mondou the pet store for 4 years. I have also trained dogs for many years now .family and friends rely on me to pet sit for them all the time as I am the person they trust with their fur babies. I am currently on Matt leave with my 3rd baby, I am home full time making me fully available to dog sit and give lots of time . I have a fully fenced yard and a fully dog proof home . My house is big enough to be able to separate your dog if they do not like other dogs . I have dogs that can entertain and keep your dog company and kids that absolutely love dogs and have so much love to give

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.

Otherwise, for dog boarding and house sitting, you will receive a 50% refund for the first seven days of the booking and a 100% refund for the remaining days when you cancel the same day a booking should begin.
If your sitter needs to cancel within seven days of the booking's start date, then our reservation protection will kick in. This means our support team works with you to find a replacement sitter.
