“From the first time I visited Nadina, it was clear she knew animals and in particular dogs. I was greeted with a very friendly and careful approach. Amazingly, she has 2 Portuguese waterdog, just like my Charlie! Nadina had the perfect hand to get the dogs befriended quickly. Nadina, Bea, Vasco and the whole family have been great hosts and friends for Charlie. When you leave abroad for a long period such as 2-3 weeks, knowing your best friend is in good caring hands and having fun is an important peace of mind. I highly recommend Nadina! About: I grew up with animals in the home and I have over 15 years of pet sitting experience! I also have the energy levels to keep up with even the highest energy dogs. Aside from a few hours during the week, I work from home. I can adjust my schedule for the most part to ensure every pets needs are met. I live in an apartment with plenty of nearby parks to take them to play. My building is very safe when it comes to other animals being well behaved. I also don't take on multiple pets so your pet will receive all the attention it needs. When I'm pet sitting in your home I like to follow a similar routine to what your pet is used to. In terms of eating, playtime, going to the bathroom etc. That way while you're away they feel more comfortable and safe.

She was very attentive to his needs, communicated well with us, and went the extra mile to go get him eye drops when he needed them for his irritated eye, buying the correct food when it ran out since we were on a long trip, and even bought us an extra bag of food so I wouldn’t have to go through the trouble of passing by the pet store while settling back in from my trip. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a sitter, Luka looked to have a great time with them and I will definitely contact them for future trips!”

If a health concern arises during a stay, your sitter is instructed to contact you and our Trust & Safety team immediately and, if needed, take your pet to the closest veterinarian. Through our Trust & Safety support team, sitters can ask for diagnostic advice from a qualified veterinary professional if your pet is showing signs of possible illness.
For extra peace of mind, you can also prepare an authorization form for your regular vet. An authorization form outlines your preferred method of care and allows your sitter to bring your pet into their regular clinic.
