About: My goal for when taking care of others animals is to make sure they’re comfortable and feel like they’re part of the family while their family is away. I’ve been surrounded by dogs and animals my entire life. Ive had many dogs as well and trained them myself. I’m now a certified trainer as I love the challenge it brings. If there is another animal such as, bunnies, rats, lizards, ferrets, etc… I’ve taken care of them all and more! Provide me with the info as to what animal needs to be cared for and I’m sure I can take them in. ***( All animals I have at home are use to different types of animals. You can rest easy knowing they will not be bothered by my animals if they’re not use to them)*** Je parle aussi français For the most part I’m at home Monday through Sunday. Friday, Saturday & Sunday I’m out for three hours in the morning working. Potty breaks are always available:) I have a puppy and a cat. Treats and love are always available. If there are any food allergies I’m use to this, it’s not a problem. If they need a bath I’m happy to do so ☺️ I make homemade treats but I always ask when I meet with you if they can have them.

About: Many years experience in volunteering at shelters with dogs, cats, ferrets, hamsters and rats. Have had pets my entire life, I can`t see myself without one. I`m currently working full time but schedule will be going to part time by January. I`m looking to doing more of what I love, which is spending time with cats and dogs. I have an outdoor catio if you cat ever wishes to step outside. I also have two extra rooms in the house if a pet needs its own space.

About: Cats are more my specialty as I've had them in my life since I was 8 years old, but I also have experience with dogs through dog sitting and walking services. I am currently studying part-time so my availability is quite free and open to petsit, walk, and play with your beloved cat or dog weekly! I live in an apartment without a backyard and have 2 cats who are not the mostly friendly to cats or dogs, so I do not offer boarding or daycare services.

About: Me and my partner Maude have a lovely 2 year old rescue dog. Her name is Jane and she is a wonderful dog! I would love for her to make friends with your dog. Before that my family had an american eskimo whose name was Chinook while growing up and currently have a bichin shih tzu named Zooey. I have taken care of lots of friends dogs over the years from just taking them out for a mid day walk to boarding them at our place for weeks. I also grew up always having cats! I love animals and although I have lots to learn I will treat your pet with respect and be on time and organized to have build successful relationships with them! Im currently working for McGill experimental seed farm. This creates for my schedule to be very flexible and I am home lots during the nights and weekends to respond to any pet needs! I care for pets in my home with love and care. We have a homd with a fenced in green space that we use for our dog. We would only be able to board 1 dog at a time (unless for some circumstances). We are located close to lots of green space and hikes in Rigaud so lots of walks would happen! How I would care for pets at clients homes is really up to them. I do not want to disrupt routines that the pet has become accustom to and can adapt to any environment and client need. This also transfers over to my home, and if certain rules need to be followed to not bring back bad behaviour, thay can easily be done!

About: I've been talking care of all types of animals since as far back as I can remember. I've had fish, geckos, crabs, and dogs, as well as interned and volunteered at veterinary clinics. About: I have 2 dogs (golden doodles), ive been taking care of them for the past 11 years. I walk them 3 times a day, bath and cut their hair myself. With my 2 dogs, I walk them morning, afternoon and night, I always find a way to squeeze them around my schedule. I can do the same for you. I have 12 years of experience with my own dog and have worked through reactivity, anxiety, fear of noises, and leash pulling using positive reinforcement. I have worked with multiple trainers over the years and have spent a lot of time learning about dog behaviour and psychology, which has shaped how I care for animals today. I pay close attention to body language and subtle cues like freezing, yawning, or disengaging. When a dog seems overwhelmed, I focus on helping them feel safe and settled by creating space, choosing calmer routes or environments, or redirecting them toward something grounding. With shy or nervous dogs, I always let them approach on their own terms and give them the freedom to take breaks or step away when needed. I also believe in balancing physical and mental stimulation. Along with fulfilling walks, I enjoy incorporating enrichment like sniffing games, confidence-building activities, and gentle training. These activities work well for high-energy dogs and can also help more nervous or shy dogs feel comfortable and confident. I have experience caring for large and small dogs, puppies, and senior dogs, as well as administering medication including pills, liquids, topical treatments, and ear drops. I am very comfortable following vet instructions and care routines, and I tend to be very organized and attentive to detail. About: Ive been fortunate to have always been surrounded by dogs, cats, bunnies, and other animals at my parents rehabilitation center. I volunteered for the SPCA as a trained dog-walker for close to a decade and am unfazed by any behavioural /aggressive traits as I’ve fostered a range of rescues and owned seniors throughout my 20s.
