Dog Sitting Ramara

About: I am empathetic and animals are naturally drawn to me. I have always lived with dogs. I also had 2 guinea pigs that lived up to 6 & 8 years old. I've worked in dog kennels, am able to administer medications, bandages and special diets. Comfortable with crate training. I've trained puppies and can assist with senior care. I currently work as a electronic document management specialist. My schedule is flexible. Pet care is exactly what I need for a mental break during my daily and weekly routine. I am respectful of your home and belongings. I will follow your guidelines on how you would like me to care for your fur babies. :)

“Marilyn saved the day while we were away on our vacation - our kitty sitter was unable to make it and Marilyn stepped in as soon as I contacted her. She went above and beyond, leaving us to enjoy our vacation. I highly recommend Marilyn's reliable services! Thank you!!”

About: Experience started from growing up with dogs and has evolved to over a decade of experience caring for friends and families’ pets while raising my own 3 rescue dogs. Previous customers have expressed gratitude for my communication skills while caring for their pet, which allows you to know your pet is safe and well (happy to provide text and picture updates!) I have full-time availability. I am able to offer flexible hours and to drive to location as I have my own vehicle which can safely transport pets. I prioritize safety with any pets’ care. By first collecting background information from the owner, you can be sure key information has been understood before I take responsibility for your pet. I am happy to accommodate any requests to ensure pets are safe, happy, and well-cared for.

About: I completed my first pet sitting booking (10 days) and I was very successful! Not only were the cat and dog happy but the owner came home right after a major snowstorm to mostly shovelled driveway. My clients referred me to a friend! I intend to complete a pet first aid course in the spring. References upon request. Areas: Guelph, Hamilton, Ajax, Port Perry, Oshawa , Whitby, Vancouver Tri-city area, Peterborough, Cottage Country and more. I work from home so all I need is an internet connection! I am not glued to a desk and I like to situate myself where I can keep an eye out and be by the back door. Hour lunch break is playtime and before and after work a walk. I believe in providing for the pet’s normal routine. I keep my belongings and food out of reach and am ready for behaviours that might come up with their family away. Tummy rubs and playtime ease stress. I maintain the litter box daily so it doesn’t get out of hand. I have education in gerontology and earth science. I love older pets and will care for your plants too.
