About: I have been taking care of pets around my neighbourhood when they go away for a vacation, a short trip or just need me to pop in to check on them. I have looked after older cats with disability’s and also dogs aged 6 to senior ages. I love animals more then people so you know your furry friends will be taken care of like they are my own. I am currently working full time but would love to walk or check in on your pups while I’m home or have a day off. Anything that the owner needs I will accommodate. I have had clients in the past who’s pets needed medication at a certain time and there is no problem following these expectations.

My two dogs use pee pads during the winter months, but I’m absolutely able to take your dog out for walks if that’s part of their routine. If your pet is also pee-pad trained, that works perfectly for us.

About: I have had my pet bird for 11 years, graduated the vet assistant program in August 2023, and have been volunteering at a cat shelter for almost 2 years now but other than the shelter experience, and around four months worth of experience from school working with different kinds of animals, bunnies, rats, mice, farm animals, etc!! You need not worry about your pet when you are away as he or she will be completely spoiled (with your permission of course). I do not feed her human food, keep things out of reach and anything she could possibly get into is always kept stowed away (cleaning supplies, ect). I have had dogs for many years, and my particular dog has a lot of energy so I know she can quickly be getting into something around the house, so I always have my eyes on her, ensuring she is content and behaving.

About: Happy to walk a dog or two. I usually have my kids and dog in tow on walks, but am flexible if that’s not ideal. Our 12yo dog Kutsu (medium sized border collie mix from Japan) is great with other dogs and loves to run, play and explore. He mostly just keeps to himself though and avoids conflict. I am a full time mom looking for extra cash and love dogs, and so do the kids of course. The kids are so far very gentle with our dog and other dogs we’ve had here. We aren’t hosting at this time but will again soon! We're more than happy to accommodate any special needs. We are well-versed in the cone of shame, allergies, and giving medications. I used to be a nurse so learning on the job is my specialty. We believe in positive reinforcement training and have used an e-collar in the past until it wasn’t necessary anymore.
