Karine was willing to meet my shy guy a few days in advance. She also came over a few hours before my departure; we were hoping the overlap would make it easier on him. He didn't relax for the first couple days, but through no fault of hers. She showed nothing but kindness, caring and patience. She also let me know what was going on regularly. As a first time dog owner this was truly appreciated. I would hire her again in a minute, ezcetp the scheduling doesn't match. Definitely my loss.
