2. Dana & Robert B.
“Dana has been wonderful from the moment we met. She has fully accommodated my crazy dog mom concerns, has great communication, has kept me posted every step of the way with pictures, wasn’t phased by some not so enjoyable behaviours we are working hard to change and applied as much of the training, as she had observed and was told, as she could for us in our absence. Would definitely recommend and will use again. Thanks Dana!”

9. Emma C.
About: I have had 3 dogs my entire life, and for the past 7 years I’ve had 2 cats. I have had guppies and Chinese fighting fish or bata fish as well as corn snakes. I have no problems with training puppies, one of my dogs is currently 3 months old, the second is 2 and the last is 15. I have done pet sitting for family friends while they were on vacation many times and it was so much fun. I love animals and I have lots of experience with them. Right now I’m really missing my pets as I’m only in Peterborough for school. I’m currently working part time and my schedule is pretty inconsistent. I am a Kinesiology student and I play rugby for both Peterborough Pagans and Trent University we practice on weekday evenings during the fall. Just reach out and I will absolutely make time for your fur baby! I do not have a fenced in backyard, but I have a vehicle to go on hikes or walks around town, there is a trail near my house which is pretty quiet. I have respect for the leash laws and I have no problem with having a set feeding schedule or free feeding as I have done both in the past. I do not have any problems following strict measurements for feeding requirements, I enjoy both cooking and baking so I understand how important measurements can be.
10. Andrea S.
“Andrea did a great job of looking after my elderly golden doodle. We took a day trip and we had Andrea look after our dog at lunch and dinner time. We look forward to using Andrea again for our next day trip.”
11. Zoe K.
“Zoe is a kind, caring and compassionate person. She loves animals and it shows with every animal interaction she has. Zoe is dedicated to helping animals in a variety of aspects and always puts the animals needs first. She is reliable and dependable. Zoe has experience as a caregiver, walker and with a variety of medical aspects, this is fantastic when needing medication administered during her visit. I recommend Zoe for any and all your pet needs, you will not be disappointed and neither will your furry friend.”
12. Timber M.
“Tim is so great with my boy. Gambit is a large Aussie x Great Pyrenees. Because Gambit is so big and has aggressive tendencies I have had a hard time finding the right person to walk him. Tim was confident things would work and he was right. We have a great system and Tim is very easy going. You can count on him to be there for your furbs when he says he will be. Highly recommended! Thanks Tim!”

About: I have worked over 6 years at an emergency pet hospital! I've worked with 1000's of dogs of all temperaments. Shy or nervous rescue dogs are no problem! I can handle any dog big or small, high energy, timid, low energy, giant breeds, counter surfers, etc. If you have an athletic or active dog, we are the one for you!!! Trips to parks (on and off leash), running the trails, and swimming in a Lake will happen every day. If your dog is less active, we can bring our activity level to where your dog is most happy and comfortable. I never stop learning about dogs so you can rest assured knowing you have one of the best looking after your pets. I am currently working full-time but with my days off I am available. I typically work every other weekend so am available to provide pet sitting. I have a friendly dog of my own to keep your fur baby company, as well as 2 cats that tend to mind their own business. I have an unfenced yard, but very close to walking trails!
15. Lisa H.
About: After running a dog grooming business for 12 years and working hands on with the dogs, I have gained a lot of experience with handling all types of dogs big and small from puppies to seniors. I have loved animals, my whole life, and nothing is more fulfilling than being around them and taking care of them. I have owned several different breeds, from Shih- Tzu’s to Great Danes! I love animals more than I do humans. I sold my business two years ago and have really missed being around the dogs every day. I am mature, caring, reliable and will treat your dogs as if they were my own. I will follow the same routines that you have for your dogs from feeding routines, exercise routines, and sleep routines. They will be treated as part of my family. I work from home and have the time and flexibility to walk, play, and keep the same routines that they are used to at home. I have a fenced in backyard with plenty of space to play with the dogs and let them run around. I have a very friendly one year old Pomski/shih-tzu to keep them company. I also have the availability to crate the dogs if that is what they are used to at home. I live in a dog friendly neighbourhood with lots of places and open fields to exercise the dogs.
16. Steve J.
“My puppy stayed at his home for about a week and she was well taken care of! I was sent pictures and given updates regularly which I appreciated because I was nervous being away from her. Overall I highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a pet sitter :)”
17. Kristen B.
“I booked with Kristen to walk my dog Jett on short notice due to a personal situation, she responded quickly and was willing to help out as soon as she could. Jett took to her immediately, and it was very evident that she has such a wonderful nature with dogs and genuinely cares. She proved to be very dependable and reliable, and provided a wonderful walking experience for Jett. Jett returned happy and tired out. Jett can sometimes be very reactive when running into other dogs while on walks, yet with Kristen's experience I had every confidence that she knew how to manage this, which really put me at ease. I just loved the pictures and "report cards Kristen provided as a follow up to her walks, that was such a lovely bonus. I would never hesitate to book with Kristen again. She seemed very caring and I knew Jett was in good hands.”
18. Aditya P.
“Aditya has a way with animals, and is a very good pet caregiver himself. He shows his compassion with his dog Layla, and willing to spend hours on end playing with her. He makes sure she receives the proper care she needs such as grooming, exercise, and nutrition. He is very responsible and enthusiastic when it comes to taking care of pets but in particular dogs/puppies.”
19. Kathryn M.
About: hello, I have grown up around both dogs and cats. I don't have any problem with animals that are a bit more sassy or ones that just like to be alone. all animals deserve to be loved the same. I have worked at an animal shelter in the past where I met all different types of personalities in animals. My hope is that my services, whether its walking your dog or keeping it company at home will bring you peace of mind knowing your fur friend is in great hands. Im currently in university in Peterborough.I would love to meet your pet and make a connection with both of you in order to bring the most comfort possible as I understand trusting others with your animal is a big task. I’m currently a university student with a flexible schedule through out the week. I will be available in afternoons also so your pet can be let out while you’re at work I have experience crating dogs if needed for your pet. I’m comfortable letting dogs off leach in fenced areas unless recall training is excellent, in which case off leash is okay.
20. Shawnda M.
“Shawnda frequently watches our dog Gunnar for us and he always comes home happy and tired! She takes him on the longest forest walks, gives him the healthiest and tastiest treats, and loves him like she does her own dog. I always get updates & pictures of them snuggling or being active. I wouldn’t trust anyone else to watch him overnight. 10/10 would recommend.”
