“Christine is a very warm, very friendly caring person and it was obvious from the moment she met our two dogs they would be in wonderful hands with her! One of our dogs is very shy, yet she took to Christine very quickly. Their home is perfect in terms of the layout and with a fenced back yard. Christine sent us photos over the 3 day period and is very responsive in her replies. One of our dogs is challenged to navigate stairs however Christine had a gate to prevent her from going up the stairs and potentially hurting herself. We would definitely book Christine again to care for our two dogs!!”

I am a very active person and walk and go on runs everyday. I walk at-least 5km everyday so i would be very happy to walk your dog any distance or for any time requested. I am currently certified in Standard First Aid and CPR. I used to be a Lifeguard and would guard dog swims all the time. I have a G license and a car so i am able to drive to your pet when needed. I walk everyday so I would be happy to walk with a dog and help others. I am available most days at any time. I need a day notice, sometimes even the day of. I will walk your dog however long you would like me too. Once i even walked a marathon so i enjoy walking a lot. My home is very tidy and clean. About: I unfortunately have no experience other than I’ve had my cat for over a year now and my puppy for 7 months. I love them with all my heart. I have also been around dogs since the day I was born (all different breeds and ages). I work from home for my step dads business (Kodiak Metal Buildings) so this works perfectly as I need a little more money and have so much love for animals. I have a fenced in lawn and a 11 month golden retriever pup that loves every other animal! He doesn’t have a mean bone in his body.
About: I’ve had cats in my home all of my life, but have had my own cat for 3.5 years now. My cat is part bengal, so naturally he is very energetic and smart. I’ve taught him to sit, high five, lay down, and fetch. I’ve given him both oral and topical (such as eye drops) medications successfully, and have always followed veterinary instructions closely. I clean his litter boxes daily, as he is quite particular. Furthermore, I’ve done a lot of research about cats in order to give him the best life possible. He has a water fountain away from his food because cats prefer running water, he is fed a special urinary care dry food because of past issues, and he is also fed wet food because moisture is of utmost importance for cats and their kidneys - especially male cats. I never keep flowers or toxic plants in my house for his safety, and I take him outside on a leash so that he is able to get the stimulation he needs with less risk. I’m a very particular cat owner, and would understand and respect any other cat owners preferences, just as I’d hope someone would do the same for me.

She was prompt with her communication when I was asking all my initial questions before booking her. She has a wonderful energy and you can tell she truly loves animals. Her house was clean and well suited to taking care of multiple animals. The amount of supplies and variety of foods and treats she has for the animals was also impressive. When picking up my usally grumpy guy, he seemed right at home with Nikki. About: Hi! We are Star Sitters here on Rover, with 6 years of professional pet care and 18 with our own animals. Someone is always here in our calm, safe, and dog friendly home so your dog can spend the day with company instead of being home alone. We do live with our loveable Boston Terrier, Gus, and we are often found hiking on dog friendly trails on the weekend or spending time at the lake. We are very active, enjoy being outside and think dogs should be too - Gus has a lot of energy so daily excercise is key already here. I work as a professional planner and Scott works from home and we are both free on weekends with flexible schedules. We spend a lot of love and time on Gus, who, like us, loves being around other dogs. We would be happy to meet you and your doggy in advance so you can get to know us. Emily works in the office four days per week just a few minutes from home, Scott works from home. Neither of us work on the weekend. Our home is save for any animal - we're smoke free, drug free with no children. Gus loves other dogs and always enjoys having a friend around. Our back yard is mostly fenced in and it's tucked behind. The front is also mostly fenced with a small garden fence.

Caring for, and socializing, puppies over a summer was one of the most memorable pet care times, as a family member was preparing to find homes for a litter. I'm currently off work for the summer and have lots of flexibility to care for your pets for overnight stays, walks, or drop in visits to your home. I have a fenced backyard and a park across the road with lots of walking trails around to accomodate all the needs or your furry friend. We do also have 1 friendly cat in the home.
