About: I grew up on a hobby farm where we bred and trained Labrador Retrievers. I have lots of experience walking, training and playing with dogs of all ages including senior dogs and puppies. I currently have two cats that I adopted as kittens from an animal sanctuary and I love them so much! Before them, I adopted a deaf senior cat that would've been dropped off at an animal shelter by their previous family when they moved across the country. I've looked after cats including seniors and kittens for over 20 years. I'm self-employed and usually work from home, so I'm very flexible. I can come by for drop-in visits almost anytime. When house sitting, I'll bring my laptop along, so I shouldn't need to leave your pets alone much at all. I'm not doing any pet care at my home right now, because my cats are afraid of unfamiliar pets and I don't like making my babies uncomfortable 😸

About: I've cared for and owned a variety of dogs throughout my life. I currently own a 2 year old lab mix that I rescued. I am comfortable caring for animals of various sizes as I've owned and worked with horses. I care for my dog daily, spending time with her is a big part of my day. I have flexible availability to provide animal care. Willing to learn your routine to provide the best care for your furry friend. I believe pets deserve to feel safe and comfortable while being entertained and cared for.

“Tricia sent a video so I could see Rossi was his usual self, sniffing around and doing his business. I came home to my dog who was happy and content. I would recommend Tricia and certainly use her again”

About: My love for dogs started when I worked at a dog daycare full time in Ontario, where I did a little bit of everything. I now live in NS with my two large breed dogs and work full time at a Pet Store. I’m currently working retail 30-35 hours a week, but can try to accommodate your requests. Contact me for any dates and we will go from there. I would treat your home like it was my own. If you have a fenced backyard, I can play with the dogs outside and if not I can take them for leashed walks. I can be accommodating to feedings time's

“Anna was great at communicating with us to arrange walks for our puppy, Piper. She was always on time and provided photo updates throughout her walks. We came home each day to a happy puppy!”

Katherine M.
“I have known Katherine for about 20 years now, and in that time I've had many opportunities to see her interact with dogs of various ages, breeds, and temperaments. Her calm yet confident demeanour always seems to put dogs at ease, and she has an innate ability to match her energy to each individual case. She is extremely attentive and observant, has a keen eye for detail, and can easily detect changes in a dog's normal routine or behaviour. She has experience administering medication, handling strict or particular feeding schedules, as well as performing various grooming tasks like bathing, brushing, and nail trimming. She has very successfully trained and raised dogs of her own and has experience caring for other people's animals as well. Katherine is professional, compassionate, trustworthy, experienced, and reliable. She is a genuine dog-lover, and from everything I've seen, they love her as well. I feel more than comfortable having her care for my dogs, and I would certainly recommend her to anyone looking for a sitter.”
