About: Some say it's too extra to have a ball-pit in your living room for your pups...I say there's nothing too extra for your fur-babies! I have been surrounded by loving furry friends since I can remember. I have been a dog-mom since I was 18 and I currently have two female dogs who are friendly and inviting of new friends. I have a very flexible schedule as I am self-employed and pending a meet & greet would be open to overnight boarding at my home. I am able to help with dog walking and in-house visits during the day. I am self-employed and work very close to my residence. I have the ability to create my own schedule. This allows me to have a lot of flexibility in terms of last-minute bookings and being able to offer a variety of dates & times. With every new client, I will send a questionnaire inquiring about their pet's personality, dislikes/likes, triggers, aggression levels, etc). I also make it a point to schedule a meet & greet prior to confirming any bookings as I want to make sure your pooch is familiar with me. By getting to know the dog before introducing them to a new environment - or a new person in their environment - it helps for a more relaxed time for all involved.

“Beatrice loves her walks with Ashley!”

About: Hello islanders! I'm from Vancouver but working and living in Charlottetown until October. My own doggo is back home with my partner. He's a 3 year 85lb maremma/poodle/wheaten terrier mix. Which means I'm very used to a large and energetic dog. We've done extensive training with him in obedience, agility and working with anxiety as that is a struggle of his. Would love to make some new furry friends while I'm in town. In rehearsals Tuesday-Sunday until June 3rd. (which means in busy 9-5) but free in the evenings. After June 3rd I'll be mostly available every day as we'll just have a show performance in the evening or for a matinee. I will not be taking any pets for boarding as I'm currently renting a unit here in PEI. I understand the risks of bolting from some animals, especially when their normal parents are away. Also understand what can and cannot be left on the counter/within dog's reach etc.

Kareem M.

“Great communication, pictures, and friendly!”

Katrina O.
“Katrina is definitely an advocate for animals! She is an example of a person who considers animals require help from humans to survive. She thinks of her pets as children. It doesn’t matter if they have four legs instead of two. All that matters is she loves them with her life and they love her back. She certainly loves pets with all of her heart. She is also a great communicator, punctual and very empathetic. She is exactly what you need in a person who would be looking after your furbabies.”

Vibhu S.

“Thank you for caring for my very anxious boy Jack. You have been amazing for him and a miracle worker. I so appreciate your calmness with Jack, looking forward to the next walk.”

Krysta G.
“Krysta cared for my dogs like they were her own. I never worried leaving them with her as I know they would be treated with the highest level of care. From early puppy days right up through she was trustworthy, knowledgeable and loved my dogs as much as I do. Krysta and her family were my dogs second family. Krysta has an amazing knowledge of animals and many certifications and credentials. Having someone trained in fear-free care of animals provides such a relief when leaving my dogs with someone.”

Iqra A.
“Iqra is one of the most empathetic and caring people I have known in my entire life. The way she has cared for her two cats: Frankie and Mia along with the numerous stray animals that she has rescued, nursed and gotten adopted into loving caring families is a true testament to her love for animals and her ability to be a source of comfort for them. Iqra has helped me multiple times in the caregiving of my own pet cat, Stormie. As a new pet parent I was unsure of many things but Iqra made sure that I was being responsible, taking her to the vet for regular checkups and I always find myself reaching out to her for help. Taking care of animals requires you to be patient, loving, caring and extremely responsible and I truly believe that Iqra has all these qualities if not more. if you do not hire Iqra as a pet caregiver the pets will be missing out on a lot of unconditional love and care!”
