About: I have over 10 years of hands-on pet care experience and recently said goodbye to my own dog at almost 13 years old. Caring for a senior pup taught me patience, attentiveness, and compassion, especially when it comes to extra needs and clean-up. I occasionally pet sit for friends’ cats and truly miss being around animals after my recent loss. I would love to provide your pet with gentle, loving, and reliable care. I work in the office Monday to Friday 7:00 a.m.–3:00 p.m. and so I am available for pet care(drop in/walks) in the afternoons, evenings, and all day on weekends. I treat every pet and home with respect. I take time to understand each pet’s personality, habits, and care instructions, and I move at their pace. Whether it’s quiet companionship, play, or extra care for older pets, I make sure they feel calm, safe, and well cared for in their own environment.

About: I’ve cared for dogs, cats, and other pets since I was 10. Friends, family, and neighbors have relied on me to walk, feed, train, and comfort pets of all types. I’m calm, patient, and great with animals that need a little extra emotional care. I’m familiar with dogs of different sizes and temperaments, and I’m a quick learner—whether it’s a new breed, species, or special routine, I’ll adapt fast and care with love. I’m currently on summer break and have a completely flexible schedule. I’m available most days and evenings for pet care, and I’m using this time to do something I genuinely love. If I wasn’t broke, I’d honestly still do this for the joy it brings me—because spending time with animals is one of the most healing and fulfilling things in my life. I currently offer drop-ins, walks, and house sitting, and I also welcome calm cats for short-term boarding in my bedroom. It’s a quiet, clean space where I can give full attention and comfort. As much as I love dogs, I don’t have the space to board them right now. I always follow care instructions, keep things hygienic, and make sure your pet feels safe, relaxed, and loved.

About: Hi there! I love dogs. I’m a very athletic person. I go for a 5km run about five days a week. I would love to run with your dog to keep them fit and tire them out! It’s a great way for your dog to maintain a healthy weight, stay healthy, and be outside. I can also walk them as many times as you would like. I love being outside and I have great strength and control over a leash. I also really love to snuggle and wouldn’t mind having a companion to watch Netflix with, or read a book with. I have experience training and working with rescue dogs, dogs with disabilities, and dogs that are strong. I look forward to hearing from you! I have a lot of availability and I am willing to work with you and your dogs needs. I do this full time and am quick to respond. I am always paying attention, I am very aware of dog body language (spent a lot of time studying to help train reactive dogs), and I take preventative measures, rather than reactive.

About: I’ve been around pets since I was 15. I wanted always to own a dog since I love dogs a lot. I own a dog and started learning from scratch how to teach them how to interact with them. I am able to feel how they are feeling and giving them the love they deserve I currently have no job, so I am home all day and night taking care of my dog. Will be happy with a new company :) I take extra care with my dog or any dog I am looking after as I treat them not only as if they are my dog but as they are my kids!

About: Hi! I’m Stacey. I live in Stratford, PEI, with my wife Sadie and our dog Jude. Our dog is our world so I most definitely understand how much thought goes into finding a pet sitter. When we travel, we use Rover too and I want to offer this great service in our town. We have plenty of experience taking care of pets - between us we’ve raised dogs, cats, and even bunnies. We rely on positive reinforcement, patience, stimulating environments, and plenty of fun time when it comes to our dog parenting approach. I’m a social worker and Sadie is a RN - so we offer a safe and trustworthy home. I work from home and am always within eyesight and earshot of the pets. I work full time from home. I take frequent breaks for my own dog - potty breaks, short walks in the neighborhood, and play sessions in the fenced backyard. We live in safe neighborhood, that’s walkable and dog friendly. I have a 15 lb crate trained Havanese. Slow introduction, constant supervision, and use of crate for my dog, if necessary. There’s lots of area for play and separation, when needed.

About: I’ve been caring for animals most of my life and truly understand the love and responsibility that comes with being a pet parent. Growing up, I was the primary caregiver for two family dogs—one required daily eye medication for chronic dry eyes, and the other needed extra support in his senior years while managing lymphoma, including daily medications and weekly vet visits. Now, without pets of my own, I foster regularly with the PEI Humane Society and have spent over a year welcoming multiple batches of kittens into my home for extended care. I’ve also provided in-home pet sitting for friends, making sure their pets felt comfortable and cared for while they were away. I am available evenings (after 4pm) and weekends for dog walking as well as boarding all days of the week in Charlottetown. About: I’m the owner of an nine year old, energetic shih tzu and love taking him for long walks. I have volunteered at a vet clinic previously and am able to work with all types of dogs of all sorts of needs. With this experience, I’m great at telling what a dog needs and am quick to deliver. We could go on a fast paced hike in the woods, or have a lazy day and just enjoy each other’s company.
