About: I love taking care of all sorts of animals; dogs, cats, small animals, you name it. I’ve looked after family’s dogs for years, ensuring they are happy and healthy under my care. I helped train them, too. I fostered two cats for nearly a year, and I loved every aspect of their care. I’ve had five hamsters over the years. If it sounds like we’d be a good fit, please reach out, I’d love to meet you and your pets! I am a student at UPEI, studying environmental studies and history, and I have a part-time job. My primary availability would be evenings, but I can make some mornings and afternoons work as well. I live in an apartment downtown, so I’d be more than happy to look after pets in their own home. I can easily adapt to a variety environments, so just let me know what their routine is!
“Rebecca was an amazing pet sitter! Finn warmed up to her right away during our initial meetings, and we really appreciated the photos and check-ins while we were away. Added bonus, she’s a great house guest! The place was spotless when we got home, and Finn was well taken care of. Highly recommend :)”

“Sepehr was a great dog sitter for Thor. He sent lots of pictures and updates. He kept Thor active and engaged. With permission, he even took Thor on some hikes a great experience overall. :)”

“My husband and I love to travel. A big factor in the last 2 years (in addition to the pandemic) that prevented us from traveling as much as we wanted was that we now live far away from our families who would pet sit our cats usually. So when we had our recent trip to Spain, it was so crucial for us to find a pet and house sitter that we trusted with our 3 cat babies. Jessa was absolutely amazing with the care of our 3 babies. Nothing is more indicative of how great Jessa is with cats than the behavior of our middle cat, Trinity. Trinity is truly a scaredy cat and takes months or even years to trust anyone that isn't my husband or I. We've had friends who would come over to our house for years and they only see her in her hiding spots. But when Jessa was pet and house sitting, Trinity came out when Jessa was present within the first week! She even let Jessa approach her and sniffed her in the second week and would eat out in public with her siblings. It goes to show how sweet and gentle Jessa is with cats to have Trinity trust her so quickly. In addition, Jessa took excellent care of our house. We found our permanent pet and house sitter in PEI! Thank you!”

“We appreciated Marya’s attentiveness to our sensitive dog Betty. The updates while we were away helped take any worries about Betty’s care away. Our home was left exactly like we left it as well! Will be booking her again soon!”

“Poorvi came through on my last-minute request and she was prompt, flexible, and excellent with two dogs. She communicated during her stay and shares photos. My dogs were smiling.”

About: I’m currently a veterinary student at the Atlantic Veterinary College, heading into my 3rd year. I’ve also worked in a veterinary clinic, where I gained valuable experience caring for and handling dogs and cats of all sizes and personalities. Growing up surrounded by animals, I’ve developed a deep passion for their well-being. My background in veterinary medicine, combined with a lifelong love for animals, allows me to provide thoughtful, knowledgeable, and compassionate care that goes beyond the basics. I’m committed to making every pet feel safe, happy, and well cared for. Now that my school year is finished, I have a very open and flexible schedule. I’m available most days for pet sitting and dog walking, and I’m happy to work around your routine to make sure your pet gets the care they need. As I plan to take on only part-time work this summer, I’ll still have plenty of time and energy to dedicate to each pet I care for. When caring for pets in their own home, I prioritize creating a safe and comfortable environment where they feel secure and relaxed. I follow any specific care instructions closely, ensuring their routine stays consistent. I also take extra precautions to keep the home environment pet-friendly and free from hazards. Trust is at the heart of my approach—whether I’m out on a walk or spending time indoors, I prioritize your pet’s well-being and respect their space. Your pet’s safety and happiness are always my top priorities, and I treat every home with care and respect.

“Ace did an amazing job of watching our pets, especially since this booking was on short notice. Animals were all relaxed, well taken care of and happy when I got back home. Really appreciated the check in photos!”

“Spud loved her! Communicative with us and kind to our pup. He's a little timid around new people, but opened up right away with Rachel. Definitely will rebook. Thank you for taking care of our boy!”

“My original dogsitter canceled on me after I had already left town on vacation, and I was panicking about finding someone to stay at my house with my two big dogs. Luckily I found Maddy, and she was able to step in on short notice and take great care of my girls. While I was anxious about the pups being with someone they didn’t know, Maddy was great with them and made sure to send updates and pictures every day. I came home after more than a week away to happy dogs and a clean house. We’ll definitely try to book with Maddy again when we need a good sitter!”

“Kina was very communicative, sent lots of updates and pictures. She was at our place for just under a week and left it in great shape. Would definitely ask her to look after our cat again.”

About: I’ve been around pets since I was 15. I wanted always to own a dog since I love dogs a lot. I own a dog and started learning from scratch how to teach them how to interact with them. About: My name is Faith and I have years of experience with dogs! I grew up with dogs in the house and would spend hours playing with them and caring for them. As I got older I would help dog sit for my parents, friends and family always making sure our furry friends got love and exercise frequently. I have a deep love for pets and would love the opportunity to help care for your pets 🐾 I currently work from 8:30-4:30 during the week with full availability one weekends and evenings. I often go on walks in the evening. I can be flexible to what service is needed. Taking care of pets is a serious task that starts first thing in the morning. I start by ensuring they have a short walk and breakfast before I head to work. I ensure there are no hazards left around, the pet have plenty of dogs and water for the day. When I come home I immediately prepare them for a medium walk. I would then prepare supper and talk them for a long walk after this time. Before bed I always take them out for a quick walk. During the down time I play and ensure they have mental stimulation. My weekend plans are more flexible and offer time for hikes or multiple long walks. This would of course adjust per dog and their needs.

About: I have always loved spending time with animals. I had 2 cats back home who are now under the care of my mother and sister. I have also volunteered at shelters and intend to continue doing so. Dogs take well to me and i love their energy! I will make sure your pet gets the food and potty breaks on time and feel very comfortable with me. I am a masters student and I have classes 2 days a week so I'm available almost everyday, 5 days full day and 2 days afternoons. I am unavailable Monday 9-4 and Wednesday 9-12 but I'm free after that and all other days of the week! I am very good at following instructions and I'll make sure to give you updates as frequently as you need, having had pets I am aware of how much attention they require and I'm eager to give that to your animals. I'll be taking care of the cleanliness of the surrounding as well.

“Gracie has been a trusted and kind pet sitter for Hobbes, our now 10 year old English bull dog for a couple of years now. She is a great communicator to us, sends me occasional pictures of Hobbes settled close to her while she studies and celebrates his birthday with a special doggy treat. We are also so mindful of how Hobbes keeps his routine, in knowing he eats and drinks and continues his habits while we are gone on our trips in our absence. This is a testament to him feeling loved while we are gone. I’ve known Gracie most of her life from a distance, she’s always been lovely.”

“I've known Iqra for quite some time now, and let me tell you, she is the ultimate pet lover! She has not one, but two pampered cats who are living their best lives under her care. But it doesn't stop there – Iqra goes above and beyond by looking out for stray cats, making sure they have a meal and some TLC. She is also a friend to our four-legged canine pals. I've seen her look after stray dogs and, on top of that, she has dedicated her time volunteering at the local animal shelter. And here's the kicker – dogs seem to have a sixth sense when it comes to Iqra. They instantly warm up to them, and you can see the genuine connection. So, if you're looking for someone trustworthy and passionate to take care of your beloved pets, look no further. She's not just a pet sitter; she's a true animal enthusiast who will treat your pets like family. You can count on Iqra to provide love, care, and all the cuddles your pets deserve!" 🐾🐶🐱”
