“We were new to town and needed to leave our furballs behind, I heard about the App and figured I’d give it a try, Jacky sent lots of updates and our house was in tip top shape upon return, one of my dogs loves to escape when bored but she stayed the whole time so I’m sure they really enjoyed Jacky’s company, will definitely book in the future and highly recommend”

About: I've grown up with animals and have taken care of friend and family pets over the course of my life (am now in my 40s). And I've been taking care of cats and dogs professionally for a few years now, from young to old, healthy to less healthy. I'm very good at bonding with the animals, adjusting to their own pace and ways of being and so making them feel at ease. I work from home, so I'm around the animals a lot. Being a freelancer, I make my own schedule and this flexibility makes it easy to attend to the pets' needs. I'm also an early riser so it's no problem to take care of them early on in the day. I only offer house-sitting so I'll be in your home and will work with that configuration as per your instructions to ensure the pet's safety and well-being.

“Frederic has been amazing with our pets while we've been away. He was friendly when we met him to go over their routines and kept in touch often (including sending photos) while we were away. He gave our pets time to get to know him...and it didn't take long before he was reporting that they were excited to greet them when he came by. He even watered my plants while I was gone. I highly recommend Frederic as a pet-sitter!”

“Jordan was amazing with my girl while we were gone for 8 days, very punctual, kind and great to have around! He stayed in our home while we were gone and left the house the way it was when we left, he also did more than simply watch my girl. Highly recommend!”

About: I am a registered nurse looking to take care of dogs and cats. My dog passed away Feb 11 of this year and I am really missing my baby and spending time with furry friends. I am not yet ready to get another dog so I am looking to love and care for others. I inherently have compassion for all dogs. I am working as a travel nurse, and completely flexible as I choose my own short term contracts. I am able to travel around the province and accommodate schedules. When I was working full time it was difficult to find help that accommodated a nurses schedule so I’d love to be able to do that for someone else. I have a very flexible schedule therefore I’m able to come to your house or take your baby out for a walk, I love being active and engaging with the pets I care for.

About: I’ve been dog sitting and walking for family friends, neighbors and who ever I could to spend time with animals for years. A true animal lover I currently work as a casual in the healthcare field. Lots of time for all your furry friends. I enjoy spending all my free time with animals I don’t currently offer in home care, but I can assure you your fur babies would be safe in my care while in your home.

“Val was absolutely wonderful with our 2 labs! She is conscientious and caring. Our buddies warmed up to her quickly. We won't hesitate to have her stay overnight in our home again. She really gave us the peace of mind needed for our short getaway.”

About: I've looked after cats, dogs, and chickens. I have my own dog but she currently lives with my ex. I'm very attentive to each animal's personality and needs and care deeply about their well-being. I work from home 9 to 5 with flexible hours so pet care is easy for me, I can go for several walks a day, and I'm a homebody so pets are rarely left alone. I am very adaptable to whatever the pet's needs are, I like to get as much info as possible about your pets' needs to make sure I provide the best possible care for them.
