About: I've always loved dogs and have a 17-year-old Cocker Spaniel of my own. While I don’t have formal pet care experience, I used to regularly walk my elderly neighbor’s dog to help her out. I’m patient, caring, and love spending time with dogs of all ages and sizes. I am currently unemployed, so I have a very flexible schedule and can be available most days and times to lovingly care for your pets. In your home, I’ll follow all your pet’s routines closely to keep them happy and comfortable. I’m gentle, respectful of your space, and always attentive.

About: I've had cats my entire life, and adopted two of my own in the past 6 years. I've always surrounded myself with animals any chance I get. I briefly worked in a dog kennel, which taught me skills such as recognizing body language, introducing dogs to eachother, basic bathing/grooming, and more. I'm always looking to expand my skills and knowledge when it comes to animals. I feel a strong connection and bond with the dogs I've gotten the pleasure to know. I currently work at a veterinary office, typically working 4 days, followed by 4 days off. This leaves me completely open half of the week to spend time with your pet! For longer stays, I am able to provide a bathroom break on my lunch hour, as long as they're okay for 6 hours at a time. Although I cannot bring dogs into my apartment, I live right downtown, providing a wide assortment of walk and fields to explore. I have two cats of my own, who adore other cats and small animals!

About: I grew up around dogs and have always had a deep love for them. I’ve cared for stray dogs, puppies, and my own family dog, which taught me patience, responsibility, and how to understand different personalities and needs. I also have experience as a dog walker for dogs for the past year, giving me hands on experience with gentle care, attentiveness, and adapting to paced walks. In addition, I’ve worked closely with two wonderful dogs, helping care for them and making sure they felt safe, comfortable, and loved. About: I'm one of a small handful of sitters in Fredericton who holds a Canadian Red Cross certification in First Aid for Dogs and Cats, which includes CPR. Certificate number on file and verifiable anytime you want to check it. I've been around animals my whole life such as: Dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, rats, and mini pigs. I've cared for a pretty wide range of animals over the years. Early on I worked at a pet salon doing dog washing, so I'm comfortable handling dogs of all sizes and personalities. I've also spent time in puppy training classes and have taught dogs and mini pigs tricks on my own such as sit, back up, shake a paw (or hoof), spin in a circle. About: I have been providing in your own home pet care, full time, for the past 8 years. I have a lot of experience administering medication, whether it be orally or by injection. They say you won’t work a day if you’re doing something that you love… I haven’t worked in 8 years! My love of animals goes back as far as I can remember. I am so grateful that my clients trust me with their pets. I love and treat them the same as I do my own. I love all animals, but will admit I have a soft spot for the gray muzzles.
