“I hit the jackpot when I clicked on Krystal. I have a colony of furrbabies, I mean 31 in/out cats and 1 dog. We love our babies and when it’s vacation planning time we always get nervous because will someone treat them as we do, will they get used to them, they’re used to pretty much us and my mom and that’s it. Well, they’ve got a great animal lover sitter now and they love her and we do too. It’s really great to come home and not do anything except love on them. Thank you Krystal! You rock!! About: Long-time dog lover, first-time dog owner! But don't let that dissuade you. My experience with my dog started off as a big challenge (and I continue to work with him everyday!). I've learned a LOT about handling a strong dog- and I'm constantly rewarded with cuddles! I'd love to care for your dog as I do my own. If our dogs get along, I'm happy to facilitate joint walks (and off-leash if your dog is good with that), or play dates when I am taking care of your pup. Of course, we would make sure this is okay with all parties involved! I use tools with my dog, so if your dog is used to a slip lead, long line, prong collar, or eCollar, I have loads of experience with my dog and these things. I am self-employed and work from home. I set my own schedule, so I have flexibility in when I can care for your dog. Since I am out with my dog a couple of times per day, I can arrange to take our dogs out together (if everyone is okay with that!) My home is too small to accommodate more than my dog (I live in a tiny home!), so all care would have to happen at your house. I do have a dog-friendly car, and can crate one of the dogs in the car to keep them separated in transit, if I ever take them on an approved adventure.

About: I’ve taken care of animals since I was a kid. I currently have a dog. I’m trained in teaching your dog in basic puppy education. Neighbors have relied on me to bathe and walk their dogs. I currently am Active Duty, but I am home pretty often between morning PT, lunch, and completely home after work. I monitor my dog using my in home camera when I’m away and 100% when in person. I’m also in college so I’m typically home when I’m not working. I have a fenced yard for animals when they want to play outside. I have a kennel for those that are crate trained. I’m able to provide your animals medications if needed or perform CPR.

About: I have my Bachelor of Science Degree in Animal Biology from the University of Guelph. I have also completed the Veterinary Technology program at SLC. I have taken care of dogs and cats of all ages and sizes. I work during the week at a veterinary clinic. Therefore, Friday evenings as well as Saturday and Sunday work best for me. I am also available for evening walks/check-ins. With 7 years of post secondary education in the Animal Medicine field you can trust your pet will receive the best care. Every pet will be treated like family.

“My family met jennifer on the NextDoor app and she quickly answered when I texted her to ask if she could watch my 1 year old German sheppard for 6 days and quickly agreed and the price was very reasonable. Since my dog is still young I requested to meet their lovely family one day then her 2 little sweet dogs a other day and they agreed and came out of their way to make sure everything would work out since my dog hasn't been around people and dogs much. Once we realized everything good we then dropped him off to go on vacation we had daily updates on how he was doing with such cute pictures with their daughter. They took him on lots of walks and went to the dog park and I could tell my puppy LOVED it there. They have a beautiful home that's perfect for dogs and it was overall a perfect experience”

About: I have taken care of all types of animals, including exotics. I am employed at an animal hospital in the area, and currently a student in the Veterinary Assistant program at SLC.
