About: Hello, my name is Teresa and I'm dog walker who is Walks and Wags Certified with Pet First Aid. I've also taken International Academy of Canine Trainers Certified Professional Dog Walker program. I'm an animal lover and have had pets all of my life. I especially love dogs of all shapes and sizes and am looking forward to taking care of your dog either as a dog walker or just for home visits to play and make sure that he/she is fine while you are at work. I'm happy to visit both young puppers and more senior doggos - as we all know your dog is the 'best dog ever' and I'm happy to treat your dog like my own! Looking forward to meeting you and your pet! I work remotely so am happy to have your dog as company to my own two fur babies! My yard is fenced so there is no fear for them to run in our backyard. I allow pets on furniture but do make sure that their paws are clean and that they do not rough house in the house. As I am working at home I can monitor them as well.

“Gina is awesome! I was really nervous leaving my puppy with someone but he was well taken care of. It's great getting photo updates of him having fun and whenever we pull into her drive way, he gets really excited and can't wait to go see her! I would highly recommend to anyone!”

About: What sets me apart as a pet sitter is my deep understanding of animal behavior and my ability to tailor care to each pet’s unique needs. I have experience with everything from training energetic puppies to providing gentle, attentive care for senior pets who need extra patience and comfort. I’m skilled in administering medication, handling special dietary needs, and recognizing signs of stress or illness early on. I am available for boarding on weekdays, weekends and holidays. I will have plenty of time to play with your pup! Sometimes I work one-two days a week. In my home, I create a safe, comfortable, and engaging environment for pets. I provide plenty of exercise, playtime, and enrichment activities tailored to their needs. Whether it’s daily walks, interactive toys, or a cozy spot to relax, I make sure they feel at home. I maintain a clean space, follow their feeding and medication schedules, and ensure they receive plenty of attention and affection.
About: I have been around dogs all my life, I have cared for many different breeds of dogs since I was 10 for neighbours, friends and family, I have bottle fed, cared for and raised a new a born pup and I'm an experienced dachshund owner (IVDD). I am home full time except for the odd appointment so I will have a lot of time to play with your fur babies!! I am available during the week and weekends. My yard is fenced, I do have netting around the bottom of my deck railings so that my dogs or your dogs can’t jump off. I also never leave the dogs unattended while outside. I have a gate at the top of my stairs to the front door so that my dachshunds don’t go down the stairs or get out of the door. I also have crates if they are needed.
“Tamara is quick to respond, friendly, sent photos of my pup and gave me some time to surprise my husband with a helicopter ride on our honeymoon trip without having to worry about Marshall.”

About: I am a pet owner and I foster for a rescue local to the Shuswap area. I specialize in large breed dogs however I love all animals regardless of breed or size. Being local to the Shuswap I know where a lot of our local walking trails are and different neighborhood routes are and can walk according to what your fur baby needs. I work full time in the community and very close to my house, so even when I am not home I am able to run home and let the dogs out for potty breaks or other needs. Because I am a foster for our local animal rescue if an animal is to come into our home I need to guarantee that they are up to date on vaccinations and fixed. This is to protect any fosters and your furry friend. Otherwise I will be happy to care for your animals in other environments
About: I love dogs big or small. I'll walk them all. I am passionate about all animals and will take care of, and play with, your pooch. I have always had dogs in my life. Farm dogs, mostly indoor dogs, big, small, energetic, senior. I go for daily, long walks with our current dog and would love some companions to come along! I am super flexible and can care for your pet weekdays during the morning, afternoon, or evening, and even have some availability during the weekends. I have a fenced backyard and a sweet red heeler x mini aussie shep who would love to play! I am very compassionate with animals and put a lot of care and attention into their well being.
“Chantelle took wonderful care of our dog, she sent us lots of pictures that showed a fun and active day for him. Chantelle was easy to communicate and coordinate with, we would highly recommend.”
