After 10 days with Rueben he learned to walk on leash and play nicely with Rueben’s dog Tyson. (It’s now up to me to maintain the good behaviors he learned). Rueben’s toolkit for dog training includes a prong collar, which I agreed to let him try with some trepidation. Rueben used it sparingly and with restraint, and Ixy seemed to respond well. Rueben was also very flexible with shortening and then extending the dates of stay so I could handle a medical emergency. He is prompt to respond to queries about how your pet is doing. I plan to board my dog there again.”

One of the dogs she was watching accidentally chewed a little on my leash and walking belt and Katina went the xtra mile and had new ones ordered before I got home with no charge!
