7. Isabel X.
“I have seen Izzy work well with a variety of dogs and I have not met a dog that does not love Izzy and enjoy her calming company. When she met my two standard poodles, they immediately warmed up to her, wanting her to play fetch with them and cuddle on the couch. We also were able to foster a puppy together for about 7 months from a shelter and she had so much patience and love for her. Gwen (our puppy) had some behavioral troubles as she was a very anxious dog because she was a stray as a puppy and Izzy worked with her everyday to train Gwen and help her get more comfortable in this world. She was able to help teach Gwen how to walk on a leash and how to have good recall in the local Ithaca dog park where Gwen was able to make friends with other dogs. Because of her experience with Gwen, she has a good sense for when dogs are anxious or showing signs of fear which is helpful when dog sitting for new dogs. She also has dogsat for dogs with a variety of needs from having to take medication at certain times to helping dogs fulfill mental and physical enrichment through games, walks, dog park playdates and food enrichment. Izzy is a great person to have in your dog's life to help when you are traveling, at work or just want your dog to have another person to play with.”
8. Margaret M.

12. Meriam D.
“I met Meriam in 2013 while she and I were walking our dogs. She was then and still is one of the most responsible people I know. She had total control of her dog and great situational awareness while being out and about, around other dogs and urban situations. She is an intelligent, energetic and trustworthy person whom would be a valuable asset for a dogowner to have.”

14. Kieren P.
“Kieren is absolutely the best dog sitter ever. She dog sat my 8 dogs through high school and college. She was always very sweet and loving with them. They loved her so much! I can’t say enough good things. She also had to do cpr on one of my dogs. I would recommend her without a doubt. She is also very trusting. She is on top of things when they are sick too, she had to give pills and special diets also. She did it all. Took them to the vet also. Extremely good for all animal care.”
15. Ashley S.
“Ashley is one of the most caring and responsible people we know. We have known Ashley for over ten years and in that time she has taken care of our kids and our pets including our dog, horse, fish and hamster. She has done overnights, weekends, and in emergencies. She is absolutely trustworthy and kind. When we couldn’t board our dog, Ashley came and stayed with her so we could still go on vacation. She gave her meds and took great care of her. Ashley even had to catch my horse once when there was a hole in my fence. Can’t recommend her highly enough. Your pets and your home will be in really good hands.”
16. Kate C.
“Kate is a regular dog walker and kitty cuddler in our home! Kate takes the time to give each pet the individual attention needed including and not limited to giving oral meds to my orange tabby when she had a cold. Kate is reliable and kind. We have a pack of 4 - 2 dogs and 2 cats and she is wonderful with all of them. Highly reccomend.”

About: I am comfortable with special needs as well as administering medications to dogs and cats. I am also comfortable with big dogs! I've owned cats, dogs (big and small), chickens, lizards, fish, a bunny, and hamsters. I have experience administering eye and ear drops as well as oral medications. I have experience with seizure monitoring and care for canines. I’ve had a few pets that required medications or other special needs. I am available for house sitting/overnights at the pet's home on most weekdays and weekends. Feel free to message me with any questions! Available M-F after 5pm. Available all all day most weekends. Walking, drop-ins, and over-nights. My schedule works best with drop-ins, but I am also available to house sit. Currently I cannot house animals at my place because my cat wishes to be an only child. I have experience house-sitting, and I have a doggie seatbelt for car rides.
18. Alyssa A.
“Alyssa is the best dog walker we ever could have hoped for. She loves our two dogs like they are her own and gives them so much love and attention. Alyssa communicates very well and notices when your pets are “off”. She is kind, compassionate, and respectful. We trust her completely with our pets and our home and she always goes above and beyond to care for them. I highly recommend Alyssa to care for your animals and household. She is one in a million.”

About: I am so excited to help care for your furry companion. Our pets are another member of our family and they need just as much love and attention. When you have other obligations, I will step in to make sure that they get all of the care that they need. I will walk your pet throughout the neighborhood, play with them inside or outside, provide food and water, and of course provide lots of affection. I am typically available weekday afternoons, evenings, or nights; as well as any time on Saturday or Sunday. However, my schedule my schedule may vary. Please feel free to contact me with any other questions or concerns you might have! Currently, I am available most weekday afternoons, evenings, and nights; as well as any time on weekends. Typically my schedule is pretty consistent from week to week, but there may be some variability. Additionally, if I have advanced notice, I can likely schedule any of my other obligations around the time you need (including weekday mornings). At the moment I live with 2 dogs and 2 cats. The dogs are let outside to run multiple times per day, in addition to going for a walk around our neighborhood. They are very active and love to play with all of their toys! One of them suffers from allergies and requires daily medication and a special diet. Our cats get along and have no problem being together in the same space; however, they aren't close or playful with each other. One of them is a senior kitty and has arthritis and a very rare fungal disease. He requires medication to manage his symptoms. The other cat has digestion problems and was recently transitioned to a slow feeding bowl. Both cats have ample access to clean litter boxes and a running water fountain.
