All very valuable attributes and difficult to find on Rover! She sent us daily updates with photos and videos. Leroy received lots of attention and snuggles. “My husband and I just picked up our 2 furbabies from Carlos and Andree after travelling for 5 days. It's always nerve-wracking leaving our pups behind with anyone, especially for longer periods of time, but Carlos and Andree made us feel so comfortable and stress-free the whole trip. They were communicative, sent photo and video updates daily, flexible with our drop off/pick up times, took our pups out for walks, let them enjoy their beautiful yards, and you could tell that they were truly well taken care of. This is our second time booking Carlos and Andree for our pups and we are just so grateful to have found them. We will certainly be using them for our petsitting needs in the future, thank you Carlos and Andree!”
